Doga Motel — Hotel in Çaykara

My own experience, is really poor of this place!! It is such a disappointment that I came to a great place like Uzungöl with such an experience. Where do I start, I do not care about fancy things at all, but I do care alot about being clean and they weren't clean at all, it is if I would rank it -5/10 not even a zero, I sow in my first room bed bugs with mold that I asked to be changed instantly, no cups no water no fridge nothing !!! The shower is also open, you do not have a place to shower. The receptionist lady was very sweet and helpful, but it was because it's ridiculous that she could not say anything to it. I changed my room into another one, better than the first but still too dirty!! I do not understand why, as I told her cleaning needs no money and they are getting well payed for this, so we only stayed one dreadful night and asked our agent for the coming day to change the hotel and we moved to another place !! I wish them all the best, but if they keep this service they will soon loose alot of...

We have stayed for one night on 29th July 2019, the room view was great and booked for four persons, we paid TL700, after payment and receiving the key we found a leakage on the bathroom, no hot or warm water, the water was very cold. We informed them at the same time and went out as they have another key for all rooms, we came back at 10 pm and found the situation was the same. I went down again and understand that they have an idea about this issue but ignoring that, the staff was not a decision-maker to resolve this issue, we just slept this night without any service. In the morning they gave us a piece of paper to take our breakfast at the restaurant in a different place, we went there and refused to allow us to take our breakfast, we went back to the reception and the hotel manager came with us and talk to them then allowed as to take the very simple breakfast. it was a very bad experience...

حطيت نجمتين عشان موقعه واطلالته حلوة بس خلوني اقول لكم انا حاليا في الفندق اول ليلة لي والصراحة خاب ظني، من التقييم توقعته افضل بكثير بعدد لكم السلبيات الي في بالي حاليا الشطاف فيه مشكلة يسرب ماء على طول وارضية الحمام مبلولة وماء الشطاف بارد، للامانه الساور وصنبور الماء فبهم ماء دافي لكن الشطاف جدا بارد حتى بنتي الصغيرة لما اغسلها تصيح من البرودة الارضية الباركيه في الغرفة مو نظيفة وعليها بقع جافة من قبل الادراج لما افتحها فيها بقايا قراطيس وبقايا اكل مو نظيفة وحتى السوفا الموجودة في الغرفة مبينة مو نظيفة وحتى سطح فوق الخزانات وصخ مافبها الخدمات الي تتواجد في غرف الفنادق مثل ثلاجة وكتل ماء ساخن وجهاز الكوي، اكثر شي انصدمت منه الثلاجة لان جبت معي اشياء تحتاج ثلاجة ما عرفت شسوي فيها الفوط مبين قديمة ومهترية بس نظيفة التكييف نقطة جدااا مهمة الغرفة مافيها تكييف، وتوقعت الدريشة بتحل الموضوع بما ان الجو في المنطقة فيه برودة ليلًا بس ما نفع لان البلكونة بعد مغلقة بدرايش فلازم افتح دريشة البلكونة ودريشة الغرفة وجذي الهوا ما يدش بشكل مباشر فما تبرد الغرفة واصلا ما اقدر اهدها مفتوحة بشكل كامل لان انا في الطابق الارضي ودريشتي على الشارع مباشرة هذا غير موضوع الحشرات الي تدخل والبعوض لان الدريشة مفتوحة، لو كنت في طابق اعلى يمكن كان شوي بيخفف الموضوع بقدر افتح الدرايش اكثر الاصوات تتسرب من كل جهة بشكل كبير يعني اسمع اصوات الناس الي في الرسبشن والي يمرون في الممر والي يمشون في الطابق الي فوقي، هذا غير اصوات الشارع لان مضطرة اخلي فتحة في الدرايش عشان التهوية لما كلمنا موظف الاستقبال قال ان اليوم الحجوزات فل ومافي مجال نغير الغرفة وبنغيرها لكم باجر، وطبعا احنا دافعين لليلتين وما بترجع لنا الفلوس اذا طلعنا

هذه النقاط الي تذكرتها حاليا وباقيلي بعد ليلة هني خبروني ان باجر بيغيرون الغرفة ونشوف شلون بتكون نتأمل ان تكون ما فيها هالسلبيات انا بصراحة اكثر شي سبب لي انزعاج هو موضوع النظافة وشطاف الحمام والباقي بالنسبة لي اشيا تستحمل ومشيتها مع اني للحين ما نمت بشوف الوضع شلون للصبح وبشوف موضوع الافطار بعد للحين ما جربته اذا عدلت على التقييم يعني غيرو لي للأفضل واذا ما عدلت عرفو ان هالسلبيات ما زالت...
