Uzungöl Kusva Apart — Hotel in Çaykara

Not a good plae to stay i booked this on call in 200TL in DEC 2021 and at the time of check in the guy showed the room and agreed on the price the which 200TL but after check in and all ecessary things done when i was going to pay he says its 300T:L i said you were saying 200 he told that was another room which is booked now so because i dont had other option because all other hotels were closed in this time so booked the room. The appartment was normal with kitchen and 2 Washrooms and 2 rooms but the toiletries were ot good there was a water leakage in the bathrooms and muslim shower ad the heating was not enough for this big appartment. and it was without breakfast.

No one was there to help if you need anything or if you want to fiz anything.

Not pleased- Staff was terrible (apart from the young guy from Antakya). The receptionist was arrogant and kept away from communicating with the guests. - The shower was broken and showered water to every direction that hit the air extractor. I asked them to fix it 2-3 times and they promised with no action. - the washing machine (which was essential in my choice) was faulty, I reported to them twice and they didn’t fix it. + The rooms were comfortable and clean to an extent.- Location was not as advertised that the room has a lake view (although you can find the lake from a very narrow angle). Got a beautiful room full of all kitchen equipments with a beautiful view to the mountains. Location is great, 1 second to Uzungöl lake. Very friendly stuff, speaks English, Turkish and Arabic. Mahmmoud and Ahmed were very helpful...
