We came to visit a friend last Friday who was using the facilities in this hotel, she recommended to us spend few days. We went to the reception and asked for a suit, they showed us a suit in the 2nd floor, it was nice suit with nice design and touch of class as well. We went back to the receptionist (his name was Sukru Arslan) told him that we like this suit please book it for us, he said ok and everything is done and I paid in front 4440 Turkish Lira for three nights starting from the day after. I came the next day around 11:30 am and the room was not ready, we spoke to Sukru the receptionist that we will be around till the room is ready, by 2:30 pm the room was ready, he gave us room number 4919 in the forth floor, I assumed that it's the same layout suit I saw the day before, but I discovered it's totally different suit, with such a horrible design comparing to the one in the 2nd floor, I went down to the reception to complain about the room, I stayed half an hour before Sukru Arslan and his front desk manager (Serpil) start to look into my problem. I told this clearly either a stupid mistake or it's a fraud, you show me something and I pay for it and then later you give something else. They wanted me to swallow it and accept what they gave me!!!! I said no, then they said ok we will refund your money!!!! I was shocked when I heard the front desk manager saying that, I said I came from different city Izmir to spend some time here, I waited for three hours and now you telling me take your money back, i was not rude to them, I was very claim when I complained about the room, then they refused to give me the general manager name and email. I refused to walk out until some one came from the hotel and provide me the details of GM. it was a...
Read moreStayed here first day of Bayram and checked out on the 3rd day. This was our second time visiting and we will return next year for a longer stay. We loved having 3 major attractions in the same location: thermal spa, sandy beach and waterpark all within short walking distances. Some things that can be improved: *Rooms need to be vacuumed better, my husband stepped on a piece of glass the minute we took off our shoes inside the room. *The semi-inclusive concept works with the EXCEPTION of not including soft drinks in the dinner service. Go ahead and charge for the expensive hard drinks and liquor, but soft drinks should be included. *We paid for 4 adults however, the room only provided cosmetics and towels for 2. The guest shouldn't have to request extras after having already paid in full for 4 adults, this information should be shared with housekeeping that there are 4 adults staying in the room. Some tips for future guests: +There is a short cut to the beach from the spa but it isn't marked. It's right by the sliding door leading to the outdoor thermal pool. +There are currently 3 functioning jets inside the indoor thermal pool that are very beneficial to massage lymph nodes and muscles. However, please limit use to 10-15 minutes max. It is very awkward to approach people hogging the...
Read moreRooms: We booked the deluxe rooms and they did not disappoint. Big beds, lots of room to put your stuff, clean and pretty. Really good, can‘t complain.
Staff: The staff was very nice and respectfull. They never seemed to get tired of your wishes. Helped us with everything and made us feel comfortable.
Food: The food was okay, but they served mostly the same things wich gets boring after a few days, but it was still good. Nice desert bar and comfortable surroundings. Outside of the food that you get, i think everything else (Cocktails, eating from the bars etc) was very expensive.
Activities: The Beach is really Beautiful and clean. Also the indoor pool and childrens pool were very clean and had good water temperature. One thing to complain about would be that there‘s not much to do in the city, but that’s obviously not the hotels fault :D
Spa: The Thermal pools are immaculate and very soothing. I also booked a hamam and bali massage wich did not disappoint. The staff was very polite and welcoming, you didn‘t feel weird or uncomfortable. Really...
