Lord Hotel — Hotel in Çeşme

We were to attend a wedding in a nearby hotel on our road trip style holiday so we were gonna stay just one night and decided to book a closer hotel to the wedding. We regret the decision.||There is almost nothing good with this hotel. You park your car and meet with a steep stairs to enter the hotel where no one greets you. They also have no elevators in the hotel aswell, luckily we were on the first floor.||The rooms are not impressive at all. It has a your basic need but that's that. Also when you turn on the air conditioner the the water goes into your balcony so wear your slippers. Similar thing happens with shower as well, no matter how tight you close the bathroom is soaked after shower.||Also the water was bit chaotic the heat was shifting between scorching hot and freezing cold every minute. ||Only good thing i can say is the breakfast. Which is not an open buffet but serpme as we locals call it. They bring your stuff to your table, amounts vary depending on how many people are eating but it was enough for a good breakfast.||Overall the hotel is not worth your buck. It is not cheap nor expensive but if you are not in position like us to attend a wedding there are cheaper alternatives. If you are into luxury there are better alternatives...

Ama herşeyden önce belirtmek isterimki Çeşme ilçesi ve Çeşme bölgesi tatil yapmaya, gelip görmeye değer bir yer. Biz ama yolumuz tekrardan bu taraflara düşecek olursa konaklama tercihimizi Lord Otel'den (Altunyunus/Çeşme) yana kullanmayacağız.

Biz yurt dışından tatil paketiyle otelinize geldik. Tüm otellerin giriş ve çıkış saatleri olduğunu bende biliyorum. Ama müşteri memnuniyeti acısından saat akşam onbirde alınacağımız bilinmesine rağmen öğlen odadan çıkmak sorunda kalmamız hiç hoş olmadı. İyi bir otelcilik anlayışında akşama kadar odada kalmaya müsahaba gösterilirdir. Hele bütün odalar boşken. Tatil sezonu bittiğinden dolayı en son kalan otel misafirleriniz bizdik. Bütün otel bomboştu. Böyle bir durumdu otel sorumluları insan halinden anlar, sağ duyulu olur ve en azından alınmamıza sadece iki üç saat kalaya kadar odada kalmamısa müsade eder. Ertesi günde oda temizlenebilirdi. Sonuçta bütün otel boştu ve bizim ayrılacağımız günde bir misafir yoğunluğu yaşanmadı.

Sonuç itibariyle biz özel aracımızla yakın yerden gelmedik. Paket olduğu için uçuş saatlerinide kendimiz seçemiyoruz. Transfer için servis aracını bizi almaya gelene kadar valizlerimizle on saat lobinizde beklememiz hiç hoş ve memnun ediçi bir davranış değildi.

Tamda bu yüzden tabiki sizin otelinize bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim. Böyle bir durumda hassasiyet, sağduyu ve anlayaş gösterilmeyen bir yerde ikinci kez konaklama isteği söz konusu bile olamaz. Bu takım değerlere önem verenlere böylesi bir konaklama tesisini öneremeyeceğim doğrusu.

Yükarıda isimlerini belirttiğim servis personeline ait olan o iki kişiden hariç diğer personelinizden çok memnun kaldığımız söylenemez. Keşke her biri servis çalışanlarız gibi güler yüzlü, yardım sever ve hoşgörülü olsa ve birde otel içinde karşılaşıldığı zaman selam verilse. Çoğu vakit otelde bulunan otel sahibin kendisi bile selam vermezdi. O zamanda çalışanların bazeleride böyle davranıncada çok şaşırmamak lazım herhalde.

Odanın baze kusurları var. Bir televizyon mesela neden elbise dolabın içinde olur? Duvara monte edilse çok daha iyi olmaz mı? Ayrıca şampuanlık var ama yanında getirilen şampuan şişeleri koyulamıyor. Kullanışlılık acısından mevcut mobilyaları bir gözden geçirmek lazım. Kapaklı dolap sürgülüden daha iyi olur örneğin.

Toparlayacak olursak otelinzden çok memnun kalmadık. Ama boş olduğu için sessizdi ve o bakımdanda sakin ve huzurludu.

Yurt dışından tatil paketiyle gelener, türk veya yabancı misafirler farketmezsizin, en erken giriş saatinden önce gelince (mesela sabah saat 7:00'te) erken check-in ücreti alınmazsa ve transfer saati akşam 11:00 (23:00) olan birilerin çıkışı illaha en geç saat 12:00'te olmazsa daha empatik bir yaklaşım olur ve size uzak bir yerden otelinizde konaklamak için gelen misafirlerin memnuniyetini arttırır. Biz başka otellerde kaldık, böyle bir durumla karşılaşmadık.

Ayrıca resepsiyonuzda çalışan iki elemanınız hiç candan insanlar değiller. Resepsiyonda duranlar normalde otelin güler yüzüdür. Maalesef onlar için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim. Çok soğuk ve hiç nezaketli değiller. Ne bir merhaba ne bir iyi günler. En azından otelden ayrılırken insanlıknamına bir "Hoşcakalın" veya "Güle Güleyin" denir.

Tüm belirtmiş olduğum hususlarda bu mevcut koşullarda bir düzelme veya iyileştirme gerçekleşebileceği...

Where do I even start?? This hotel was probably the worst hotel I've been to in Cesme. First of all, there was nobody to welcome us when we first came to the hotel. There were no elevators in this hotel and the staff never offered to carry our luggage. This awful staff made my 60 yr old dad carry his luggage upstairs. Not acceptable. The overall attitude of the staff was very awkward like they were forced to be there. Rooms were not clean enough, and even though we requested seperate beds, they weren't seperated. So we waited an extra 10 minutes for the staff to lazily fix that situation. Our balcony door's lock was broken and WE made the staff give us the key to the safe (normally you have to pay for the safe, which is the most daft thing ever), they never requested to change our room. I felt so unsecure and literally couldn't sleep because of that. Other than that, the TV was unwatchable because it kept losing signal. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast and it's close to Alacati and Ilica. We won't be...
