Solmaz Deluxe Otel — Hotel in Çeşme

I stayed here with my family for six nights in August on a bed and breakfast basis. The hotel was a little expensive -- as we didn't book in advance we paid more for the hotel than we probably would have done, although Cesme is quite an expensive resort. ||||The breakfast was a buffet and there was a lot of choice. - the only downside of the breakfast was there was no fresh orange juice. Unfortunately there was no evening meal int he hotel. ||||We stayed in a suite and it was quite spacious (my husband and I had a bedroom and our two teenage children slept on a sofa bed in the living area.Thus was plenty big enough and comfortable. There was air-conditioning in both rooms and both rooms had a balcony. ||||The hotel has a swimming pool and is situated conveniently on a hill overlooking Cesme. There were lovely sea views of Cesme from our windows. It was about a twenty-minute walk into town. The car parking was a bit of a problem as the car park is on a hill and there aren't enough car park spaces.||||The only disadvantage in this hotel was that you couldn't take food or drink into your room. As we usually stay in apartments, I found this a little difficult, and missed the opportunity to have fresh fruit and cold drinks in my room. Also, as this hotel doesn't really cater for British visitors, there were no tea and coffee making facilities...

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, aber man kann hier wirklich nicht von einem Hotel sprechen. Uns hat in erster Linie das Personal gestört – absolute Amateure, unfreundlich, respektlos, drehen sich während Gesprächen weg. Als wir uns über unser Zimmer beschwerten, wurden wir ständig unterbrochen und uns wurde gesagt, wie schön das Zimmer sei und dass es keinen Grund gäbe, es zu wechseln. Das Zimmer war jedoch dreckig und kaputt. Es fehlten selbst einfachste Dinge wie Seife im Badezimmer, und man traute sich kaum, das Badezimmer zu benutzen. Die Klimaanlage war eine Katastrophe, verrostet, und man hatte Angst, sie einzuschalten.||Es gab keinen Wasserkocher, und man durfte keine eigenen Getränke mitbringen. Am Eingang stand ein Schild, dass keine Getränke und Nahrungsmittel von draußen mit ins Hotel gebracht werden dürfen. Wir wurden sogar ermahnt, als wir mit einem Riegel in der Hand erwischt wurden. Mein Bruder wurde aufgefordert, sein Brot nicht herumzutragen und uns wurde gesagt, dass wir Lebensmittel im Hotel kaufen sollten. Als wir ein Stück Brot beim Bäcker unten gekauft und am Pool gegessen hatten, wurden wir ermahnt, dass dies nicht erlaubt sei. Zudem wurden wir zurechtgewiesen, weil wir mit nassen Füßen und Latschen in die Lobby kamen. Uns wurde gesagt, der Boden werde nass.||Insgesamt handelt es sich wohl um eine Familie, die willkürlich und unfreundlich alles dort leitet. Man fühlt sich absolut nicht willkommen. Die Aussicht ist schlecht – erste und zweite Etage blicken komplett auf einen Baum. Ein versprochener Zimmerwechsel wurde zuerst zugesagt und dann widerrufen, mit der Begründung, dass es doch nicht möglich sei. Uns wurde gesagt, dass man beim nächsten Mal, wenn wir erneut buchen, darüber sprechen könne. ||Ein weiterer Punkt ist die Kleidung des Personals, die absolut unprofessionell ist. Sie laufen in Shorts und alten Kleidern herum. Insgesamt eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht...

Amazing view. Room was comfortable and clean. The pool area is nice quiet and clean. Check in was smooth. My only criticism was the breakfast. You expect abundance, freshness and variety of you have DELUX as a business name. Unfortunately it was not the case. No attention to details, small quantities were displayed at any time during breakfast hours. A security guy or a manager was always above our head as if it was a jewelry store. Not pleasant especially in the morning.

I would recommend this otel but I strongly suggest that they improve their breakfast service and have a waiter check on customers instead...
