We had a great family vacation at Delphin Diva Resort in Antalya, below I have listed the great and not so great points from our trip.||Great:||The overall resort:|The resort has so much to offer, and is very clean and secure. There is lots to explore, without being too vast or too busy.|There are multiple on site refreshment stands, a cinema, an arcade and bowling alley (please see comments below).||Pools and private beach:|The pool areas and private beach are exceptional. Pools and beach having dedicated bar areas, and there’s never a shortage of food or refreshments.||Loungers:|This is a huge plus! If you try to reserve loungers before 08:30, any towels or belongings left unattended will be removed. This really stops the fighting to get loungers. If you arrive after 08:30, you can leave your belongs and come back, no problem. There was never a shortage of loungers during our stay, and the system removes the stress of fighting for a lounger. You can of course use them before 08:30, however if they’re left unattended before this time, they will be cleared for other guests to use.||The bar on the private pier, along with ample seating areas is great to relax and watch boats, and parasailing.||There are plenty of towel stations, and no limit to the amount of times you can change them. The towels are plentiful and always freshly cleaned.||Food:|Food and drink is available throughout the day and night, all over the complex.||The food stands and fully stocked drinks cabinets around the pool and on the way to the beach are excellent. The kebab, churro, waffle, fast food, coffee and ice cream stands really are incredible.||Ice cream is delivered to the pool areas frequently, a great touch and very much appreciated throughout the day.||The chocolate bar in the main foyer was excellent, but only open between 3-6pm each day.||Fun fair:|The on site fun fair was great for our children, but the rides may be a little small/ tame for older children (12+). It was a popular area, and the queues were never long, and the staff always helpful and friendly.||Onsite shops:|There’s a few on site shops in the lobby area, where you can pick up most essentials.||Location:|Only 20 minutes from Antalya airport, and a few minutes walk from the Lara Beach strip (lots of shops, bazaars, bars, and supermarket). A great location indeed!||Staff:|2 members of staff really stood out during our visit.|Adem from the buffet restaurant is an exceptional member of staff, and a credit to the Delphin team. He went above and beyond every single time we were in his area. He always greeted us and the children, was prompt and polite, and if he saw anyone carrying plates to their table, he would intervene and carry them for them.||Nazli Ogil, looked after our room and it was always spotless. Nazli would always speak to our children, was always smiling, full of energy and was a welcome sight every morning.||Honestly, these two are the best and I truly hope that they get this feedback from the management team at the resort.||Areas for improvement:|Check in:|We arrived around 2pm, and despite rooms being advertised as being ready at 2pm, it was nearly 3pm before we could access our room.||We checked in as a group of 4, and when we got to the room, there was only bedding for 3. We had to ask twice for bedding to be provided, and it probably took an hour and a half before we got this.||Rooms:|The rooms are small and very tired. I understand that the Diva is the oldest of the Delphin resorts, and it shows. I heard that a renovation is planned over the winter, and it’s much needed.|The windows are noisy, the balcony door only worked intermittently, the en-suites had lots of mastic and furniture that would fall off the wall.||These may seem small points, but seem much bigger after traveling most of the day.||Activities for children:|There’s no mini disco, or things for 5-12 year olds to do. Whilst they can join the kids club, this is really aimed at younger children (under 5). There’s a great animation team, which do lots of activities for

We stayed at this hotel as a group of two adults and an 8-year-old child for 7 days at the end of July 2025.||About check-in.|We arrived at the hotel at 7:30. The girl at the reception did not speak Russian, so we had a conversation in English. She took our passports and asked us to fill out a guest questionnaire. She said that our room would be ready around 12:00 or 13:00, but we could leave our luggage at the reception and use the hotel services freely. Then she put a fabric bracelet on each of our wrists. This was our 2nd time at the Delphin chain of hotels, so the bracelet was green with a seven-digit number. If this had been our 6th time, we would have been given a silver bracelet.|We were finally given a room at 10:40. This happened by chance, as we went to the reception to get summer clothes from our suitcase. A staff member, not the one who checked us in, noticed us and said that our room was ready. We were very happy, as we had hardly slept during the overnight flight.||About age restrictions in the restaurant, pool.|We went to the hotel restaurant, which is on the same floor as the reception.|The choice of dishes pleased us and reminded us of what we saw at the Delphin Palace Hotel in 2024. Having put the necessary food on the plate, we sat down at a table in one of the parts of the restaurant. The waiter came up to us and asked if we wanted coffee. Yes, it was our mistake, we didn't notice that in this section of the restaurant there was an inconspicuous sign "Restriction 13+". We apologized and said that we didn't notice the sign. Then we went for a walk around the hotel grounds and noticed that there are swimming pools there, where children are also not allowed, and that's okay - you just need to know that there are such restrictions.||About the room.|We took the Sea view room. We got a room on the 5th floor with a wonderful view. The balcony of the room overlooks the main pool, which allowed us to see the shows that are held from above during the day. At 18:00 we encountered a situation where there was allegedly no hot water. It turned out that we had to run the water for 1-1.5 minutes for hot water to flow. We figured it out ourselves, otherwise we were about to call the reception.|There was no "Don't disturb" sign in the room.|In the morning on the 2nd day they knocked on the door and gave us a pink beach bag with the Delphin logo.|At 1:30 am you can hear coughing in the next room. Our room was clean.||About Wi-fi. Access details are given at the reception upon check-in. The quality of the Internet is admirable. You can make video calls not only from your hotel room, but also right on the beach, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. ||Mini club for children.|The girls work great, entertain the children, are very polite and friendly. It's good that there are Russian-speaking animators among them.||Water slides for children.|There is a 40 cm deep paddling pool.|It has an awning to protect children from the scorching sun.|There is a water park for children with several slides nearby. Adults are not allowed to ride them alone. However, if you need to insure your child, you can slide down the slides with him/her. I was reprimanded for riding alone.||Lottery.|It was our second visit of Deiphin Hotels. That's why they sent an invitation card to special event at 15:30. There was a lottery there. They took out cards with room numbers from lottery drum. Our friends won a wonderful prize - free Holiday 7 days trip at Delphin Imperial Hotel at January 2026 for 2 persons.||A La Carte restaurants.|Open from 19:00 to 21:30.|We booked a Chinese restaurant the day before. It was delicious, we liked it.|We also booked a Japanese restaurant. They brought soup and rolls. It's strange, but we were alone in this area, there were a lot of people in the Mexican area.||Evening shows.|- Anatolyan legends of love. Beautiful show, acrobatics, liked it.|- Alice in Wonderland. Dressed up artists, acrobatics, liked it.|- Queen. A man danced to Queen songs. 12 girls and 6 guys as backup dancers. Performance by two gymnasts.|- Mongolian show.|- Ice show. Dressing up tricks. Girl on canvas. Dancing on a motorcycle.||Evening entertainment.|Music programs end at 23:00.||Gala Concert.|31.07.2025, Thursday, at 20:50 came to the Gala Concert. Almost all the seats were already taken. The first was the pirates' performance. Then a man on a hoop.|Then men on the stairs.|Then a dance group in black suits came out.|A man in a gold suit with a Yo-yo.|Then 11 girls in black hats.|Then 4 men in white pants.|Two acrobats in white shirts.|22:05 the dance group's performance ended. They brought in a cake and offered to eat it.|22:13 the cake was taken away. Jay and the dance group appeared on stage: 1 soloist and 4 girls as backup dancers.|23:08 the soloist left the stage, 4 girls remained.|23:16 4 girls were replaced by 4 girls in white skirts and black corsets.|23:25 the concert ended....

We visited the Delphin Diva 2 years ago, July 2023. It was our first time in Turkiye and was such an unforgetable stay that we decided to return August 2025. From check in to check out, nothing less than amazing. We mentioned we were repeat guests, reception told us that they would give us an upgrade. But, they really didn't! That was the only let down. The room we had 2 years ago was in a better location but we didn't want to waste time to change rooms. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was overwhelming as a result of the many food choices. Being frequent vacationers in various Caribbean islands, Turkiye is unique and like no other place! |We used the adults only pool daily, in the afternoons mostly. They enforce adults only! Drink service is quick and efficient and all servers were on roller blades. Mustafa stood out for us as we were mostly served by him. He was very friendly, knew some English and we knew a bit of Turkish and therefore were able to understand each other. All servers were great, at the pool and all restaurants, understood English, professional and friendly.|We only visited 2 a la carte restaurants, the Turkish and Italian, both were very good. August is very hot and they are not air conditioned but there were fans which helped. Lots of food, good variety and very tasty at both of them. We fully enjoyed them!|The beach is very clean with an adults only section. The sand does get hot but we wore flip flops right up to the ocean to prevent burning our feet. Young guys come around the beach and pool with electric bikes with coolers filled with water, beer and soft drinks. There is even an electric bike that brings ice cream to you, at the beach and pool. We went to the pier every night and enjoyed the view with a cold drink. On our last night, there was live music at the pier, which was turkish and we thoroughly enjoyed that evening.|Same as 2 years ago, the only thing for us, just our opinion, there is not enough turkish music. The resorts cater to European and English speaking guests. We go to Turkiye for the food of course but culture also. More Turkish music would be nice as we hear the same old English songs in the Caribbean!|We have visited Turkiye for the last 3 years. Would we return, absolutely! We may try another Delphin resort as there are 4 in Antalya. |This resort does not disappoint! Visit Turkiye!! It's...

I reserved a sea-view room at this stunning hotel, which had an abundance of activities to enjoy. However, my experience was marred by the reception staff's lack of helpfulness and their discourteous behavior. Regrettably, I was initially assigned a side sea-view room obstructed by a palm tree, limiting my view. Upon returning to the reception, the staff member who checked me in avoided me, but another colleague was sent to assist with a room change, eventually providing me with a room boasting a superior view. Unfortunately, during check-in, no one took the time to explain the available services and amenities, leaving me to explore the hotel and discover everything on my own. I encountered difficulties with guest relations as well, as it was closed with no indication of when it would reopen. When it finally did, the staff member named "Gulsum" displayed rudeness and a need for further training in handling guest relations. On a positive note, the restaurant and bar team exhibited helpfulness and attentiveness on some days, and the themed nights were a delightful touch. The Delphinus Kids Club staff, on the other hand, were exceptional, dedicating themselves wholeheartedly to entertaining the children with regular shows and activities like face painting. I would like to extend my gratitude to Volkan, Assistant FOM, and Deniz from guest relations, who made considerable efforts to resolve the issues I encountered during my stay. They are undoubtedly valuable assets to the team. In summary, my overall experience was satisfactory, but I plan to explore the Delphin Imperial on my next visit.

🌞Vacation date was 21-28 July 2021 🌞 Considering it's a 2008 construction, the first impression, when I got to the hotel, was good. The lobby really well laid out, huge open space, always someone friendly who asks if you would like to have a drink. Room: I stayed in 1228 (2nd floor) after asking the reception to switch the one I was assigned (4th floor). For two adults and a child, we booked the Standard Side Sea View room, with ~30 sqm, 1 single bed, 1 double bed & 1 Sofa. The only complaint about the room is the pillows, which were too hard for my liking. Outside areas: 🏊Pools: - Main pool depth 1.40 m (water temp was perfect) - Pool with Water Slides depth 1.15 m - Pool with Water Slides for children depth 1.10 m - Indoor Pool depth 1.35 m - Children’s Pool depth 40 cm 🏖️ Beach: Comfortable sunbeds, restaurant nearby to have a snack or lunch. 🍜Restaurant: Food for all types of taste. In the main restaurant the breakfast, lunch, and dinner are open buffets. ,❗Don't forget to book a seat at the à la carte restaurants as soon as you get to the hotel❗ 🍹BAR: Drinks are served 24 hours. Local soft drinks, mineral water, juices (canned), coffee and tea, draft local beer, house wine, selection of local spirits. The beverages are served to the tables at the restaurants and bars, guests can also help themselves. Other alcoholic drinks: Absolut Vodka, Chivas; Local Drinks: Efes beer 0.33 bottle & Draft Non-alcoholic sodas: PepsiCo drinks, canned. 🧼Cleanliness, one word that describes the Hotel inside and outside.

Also genug Programm. Also alles sehr angenehm und überraschend gut. Umgebung: Wir waren im Land of Legends.
