Arrived here around 11:15pm on the 5/7/2025 and immediately was helped with our bags and asked if we wanted any food. Everything from the staff to the rooms was brilliant. Our first week was literally the dream holiday and we loved it, staff can’t be helpful enough and really nice and will do anything for you. Reception lady was my favourite we always had a laugh and a joke. The second week is when the problems started, I say problems but it wasn’t with the staff or the hotel but rather with the polish and Germans who turned up in our second week reserving sun beds over night, give the staff their due because every morning around 7am they’d take their towels away but by 7:30am they were back on. Most days of our second week they would reserve sun beds and go out for the day not even using sun beds. In the end I had a massive argument with a nasty polish family because of them reserving sun beds, I explained the past week there was none of this but I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Apart from the Germans and the polish everything else was first class (sounds racist but it’s the truth). Absolutely loved every minute of it apart from that. Hotel very clean, the resident cat Spartacus was so cute and always came up for cuddles so please don’t shoo the cat away it only wants cuddles. Pool bar was great to sit at while in the pool to cool down. There’s bars everywhere but my favourite was at the top of the street behind the hotel called Bella alanya karaoke bar. I would highly recommend Alaiyè Kleopatra hotel, beach bar incurs charges for everything so be careful because it’s not part of the all inclusive. Ice creams and ice lolly’s in the hotel incur extra charge and not part of the all inclusive. Restaurant on the 6th floor overlooks the mountains with a beautiful view. The entertainment 3 nights a week was great. They had a fantastic lady singer on who’s voice deserves a record deal. Overall fantastic and would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the hotel staff for making it a holiday to remember.

The hotel is in a very good location, near the beautiful Cleopatra beach. The solution to the morning raids of German tourists on sunbeds was also amazing. Maintenance and cleaning was done at 8 o'clock, and towels were put in one place. At the same time, we did not understand it, when 100 meters away is a perfect hotel beach with services. In terms of price/performance ratio, one of the best hotels. The kitchen is very good, you could always choose good food - we are a bit picky. A very pleasant and attentive team of waiters will ensure what you ask of them - within the framework of your program. The rooms were kept clean and the cleaners were very nice and attentive. The two ladies at the reception who always had an answer to our questions were great. But I would especially like to highlight the work of the hotel hairdresser Emine, whom we entrusted for one whole day and she did a really good job both as a hairdresser, pedicurist and manicurist. She thus changed my opinion that at hotels these services are only of the second level, but it is probably not always up to the hotel management who they employ there. We are only sorry that there was no more space for the Hamam, because the week passed so quickly that we did not even have time to blink.

Nice 4 star hotel, only a short walk from the beach. Staff are amazing and look after you really well. Rooms are basic but comfortable with excellent air conditioning (really handy when it's approx 40 degrees outside). The housekeeping staff are great too. Towels changed every day, bedding every other day. The street where the hotel is located is really busy and has lots of shops either direction but mostly sells the same things (bags, sliders, t-shirts etc). The pool is great for kids and adults alike, but competition for loungers is high for premium spots. The downside of the pool is that it's not wheelchair friendly. Our child loves the pool The food isn't too bad. I saw one review slating the poor selection on offer. We've not had a reason to complain other than there's nothing for our fussy 6-year-old to eat, but that's a battle at home or abroad. The snacks on offer in the afternoon, thankfully, include chicken nuggets and the much demanded tomato ketchup!

The following is our feedback on the journey, EasyJet, and the hotel (Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel Saray, Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel & Apart, Atatürk Blv. No:150, 07400 Alanya/Antalya, Türkiye):

Plane. The seats on the flight were incredibly uncomfortable, to the point where even a local bus would have provided better seating.

Luggage waiting at Antalya airport. We endured an almost two-hour wait for our luggage at Antalya airport, with no sign of the EasyJet representative. The airport staff's inability to communicate in English only added to the frustration, creating a significant language barrier.

Transport to the Hotel. Once again, the EasyJet staff's lack of English proficiency led to a confusing journey. The struggle to locate the minibus and the lack of assistance due to the language barrier were sources of frustration.

Hotel reception on arrival. Upon our arrival at the hotel at 1:30 a.m., we were met by an exceptionally hostile duty manager who made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Hotel Restaurant. The restaurant staff were unfriendly and would attempt to take away our plates before we had finished our meals. The language barrier was significant, as they were unable to understand English.

Hotel Cleanliness. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired for a 4-star hotel, with the bathroom basin and worktops being neglected.

Hotel Bar The bar staff were unfriendly, rude, and displayed inappropriate behaviour. In addition, they struggled to understand how to serve drinks due to the significant language barrier.

Music at the Hotel. The absence of music at the hotel created a dull atmosphere reminiscent of a care home or geriatric ward.

WiFi at the Hotel. The WiFi in the rooms was inadequate, forcing us to repeatedly go to the lobby/reception area, which was highly inconvenient.

Hotel’s food quality. The hotel's food was bland and unappealing and did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment. This necessitated frequent visits to other restaurants, which was frustrating given the holiday's additional expense.

Hotel Restaurant’s staff. The restaurant staff were disrespectful and displayed inappropriate behaviour, with some constantly trying to engage with female guests.

Room Safe Considering the premium cost of accommodation, paying to use the safe was an unnecessary inconvenience for a 4-star hotel.

Hotel reception on departure. We were eager to leave the hotel as our experience was so negative that we would not have chosen to visit this hotel or Antalya in the...

We were at the hotel from 10.-21.6. The main impression we are left with is very good.

Often the first impression is when you enter the reception. There we met two very nice and cheerful people who welcomed us, shared the information we should have for the next 10 days.

Very good!

The room we had was on the 4th floor where we had sun in the afternoon and evening. Very good!

When you arrive late there were no expectations about food, so it was perfectly fine. The breakfast room awaited the next morning and there was more than enough to choose from, both from the usual breakfast, but also several hot dishes.

Out by the pool area it was also good. With hotels with many, many guests, there might not have been enough sunbeds for everyone, but it worked out just fine, because there was a beach 150 meters away.

The food? Yes, it was all inclusive and we thought the food was good. Restaurant food is not of the quality, but good. Lots of different things to choose from for most people, I would think. In the restaurant, the staff were pleasant and there was good service if you had something wet in glasses.

In the pool area there were bar stools in the water. Yes, there was something good in the glass and we got wet in the rump, but it was fine.

11 days passed quickly, a little too quickly - so the main impression is that this was a good hotel, pleasant staff, good service, good food and it is centrally located as a starting point for many things.

I have been traveling to Alanya since 1992, and am more than happy to return to this hotel, Alayie Kleopatra Hotel.

Thank you for having us ! Per/Nina from Norway Very good cleaning at the room. Very good...
