Alanya Cleopatra king apart — Hotel in Alanya

· About this hotel there are some negative point but I can not complain about anything becuse of perfect cleaning of this hotel. Property is super clean. The Apartment was super clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting alanya We got to hotel super late, at 3 am and we didn’t wanna wait. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Took advantage of the near see location .you can walk to get dinner around. Exchange, Supermarket and all nessesary things are nearb. Cleaninh Service top notch as always.

Disliked · I was not happy with double bed because actually it was not double bed. It was 2 Single bed beside each other. However it was covered by mattress Protector for double bed. I have no complain because Cover of bed was pretty super clean. Blanket were so old, but also clean the other unpleasant thing was bathroom which has no ventilator there was only a window and when you use a bathroom you should tolerate a bad smell of bathroom long hours they can easily make bathroom ventilator...

1- I stay small standart room (2 small bed, table, kettle, frezer, bathroom) Hotel renewed a few years ago. Stuffs are new. Just shower cabin wasnt close to the end. But they repair immediately. 2- Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, sheets clean and changed every 2-3 days. If you leave stain because of food or something like that on bed or pillow . you should pay for some extra money. 3- Usually families live in neighborhood hotel 5 min to walk to kleaopatra beach to 12 number . Also close to bus station and to supermarkets. 4- Hotel isnt all included. So you can eat at hotel or outside. I couldnt find nice place neighborhood. We usually went more center side. 5- Hotel personel helpful and cheerful. 6- İ didnt use Pool. it was small...

I have to thank Mr. Ibrahim and his family for a very welcoming stay at his hotel. They were very kind, answered all our questions and gave us all the help needed. The king deluxe apartment was everything we expected and more, comfortable beds, 2 A/C, big bedroom and living room with new equipment, good wi-fi, fridge, washing machine, equipment and accessories to cook, cleaning every day, changing towels every 3 days, respecting covid standards for cleanliness, close to the beach and restaurants, reception working 24h, swimming pool. We really had nice vacation at his place that's why I'm highly recommending this hotel. Giving my best regards to my new and I can say...
