The rooms were quite new and clean with interesting decor. If cleanliness is your priority, this hotel is definetly a great pick. Room service was excellent, our room was cleaned every day, we were provided with clean towels regularly too. Amenities are replenished regularly, although we did not have any shampoo or shower gel in the room. It is a good idea to bring your own. The rooms have a beautiful balcony and a great view, perfect to have a couple of drinks after a long day. There is also a very comfortable swing in the balcony, perfect to relax and take in the view. Since the hotel is in the city centre, it can get a bit loud at times as some cars do pass by every now and then; this is something to consider if you are a light sleeper or are looking for a particularly quiet hotel. I did not really hear any cars when the balcony door was closed and I did not need to keep the door open as the AC units work just fine. There is a minibar in the room, you can keep your drinks & snacks cool, which is always a plus. The staff is quite nice, I have had no problems whatsoever and even had some pleasant chats with them. Feel free to ask them for recommendations on what to do or eat around town, they will be happy to assist.
The hotel has a great location, it is really easy to get around. You can find plenty of markets, pharmacies and shops nearby. It is really close to Havas, which you can use to get a shuttle to the Alanya Airport.
The hotel also has their own beach. You get a key card which you can use at their beach to get a free sun lounger and umbrella. You can ask the reception for more details.
Overall, my stay here was quite enjoyable. I have spent 4 nights and each of them was great. If you are looking for a clean and affordable hotel with a great location to explore Kleopatra, I would strongly recommend...
Read moreWe are a young family of 3, so our review is from a young family view point. One start is for location . It is very close to the beach and they have their private beach next to the sea. Where you can lay on the free sunbeds, free wifi and umbrellas are available. Second start is for personnel. They were nice and accommodating. Also loves children. The house keeper cleaning everyday if you put a sigh and cleans well. Minuses : rooms are not soundproof, there are more quiet rooms, but not family rooms cause they are on the busy road side. -The floors are very sleepery for a toddler. -Family room we had, had no kitchen. When we changed room to standard room, there was kitchen, but no cookware like they clame on their website. Also intresting that you are not aloud to bring any food or drinks in the hotel even thought there are " kitchens " no complimentary tea or coffee in any rooms we had, even thought it was mentioned in their website. even though it is very new hotel, we already had issues with broken toilet, leaking airco, some doors are not closing, due to water damage, in one the room shower had mole or smothing growing on the ceiling. -breakfast, should really be carefull about meat and cheese their are serving. Few me and husband tried tasted sour. Good thing they are making fresh omlets if you ask. also not a fan of red lights in the colidors and bicycles above our head. -also swimming pool looks nothing like in pictures . -no loundry services in the hotel. But there is one very close to the hotel. All in all , for a young family i would not recommend, but for young people its a great...
Read moreThis Hotel intrigued me . Good price , breakfasts included and close to the best beach in Turkey.. Taxi brought me to the hotel and I was warmly welcomed by a friendly young guy named Ahmet , very helpful and helped settle me in the room ..Room was a different style , very unique and almost a hostal vibe .. had what I needed and priced affordable so why not .. Sometimes it good to check out the sales rack yes ?? The hotel has a odd motif , dozens of stuffed bears all over the building , very eclectic dining and lobby , macabre red lighting in hallways was certainly like a horror movie I have seen but hopefully forgot ..A feature I did not like was a vent above my toilet about eye level looking into the next bathroom as I could see a towel hanging ...hmmm ok. The biggest problem was with the cleaning staff, ugh. I had the "Do not Disturb " switched on with the red signal and they consistently kept opening my room every day .. Even after I complained to front desk it continued..if you stay here use top lock as bottom bolt opens with the maids key ..odd for sure. They were the worst I have experienced and I travel a lot. Restaurant was generally good and pizza was a winner . Wait staff were nice guys and worked hard to make things go smoothly. Breakfasts were generally fine , this is not the Four Seasons Palm Buffett so don't expect that level but you should be ok with the variety ..Liked the staff very much but unless there were a few notable changes made I would not stay there .. You may though have the spirit of adventure and remember the frat house days and enjoy the...
