That was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. To start with me and my mum arrived at the hotel at 12:10am Friday 3rd October and when we arrived they tried to charge us £300 extra to upgrade our room because they didn’t have any economic rooms left we refused to pay and had gotten the upgrade for free as it was a big inconvenience. Then walking by some of the staff as me and my mum walked to our room we were stared at from reception to the lift. Then after we slept we went for breakfast and it’s the WORST food I’ve ever eaten before but me and my mum let it slide thinking it was a one off. We then went back to the room so we can get some things to leave when there was a knock at our door and a maintenance guy came asking if we were checking out we said no we just got there he then came back 2 minutes later and told us reception wanted us so my mum went down and they tried to move us to the economic room we booked which they told us it was previously flooded which is why we couldn’t have it my mum explained she didn’t want the room in case it flooded again and ruined our clothes. we left the hotel a couple times and Friday evening me my mum and 2 Swedish women who was also mother and daughter went out when we came back we had 3 staff tell us they were coming with us to the beach and one staff member kept trying to grab my arm or hand I didn’t feel safe as a young girl because every time I moved my arm away he would try and grab my arm and hand again. Then the next day that same staff member asked for my instagram I told him I didn’t have it then he asked for my Snapchat so I told him I have a boyfriend but not long after I saw a notification on my instagram he had found my instagram but he didn’t know my last name so I think he’s looked at my passport information on the computer in reception and found it that way which made me feel unsafe and very uncomfortable. I think it’s disgusting how the staff can get away with actions on young women that make us uncomfortable because we left my dad and brother at home so it was only me and my mum and neither of us felt safe it’s absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!! They also lied about their hotel they said free WiFi but we were charged £30 for 2 of us for 7 nights, they also said they had a snack bar 10am-12pm in-between breakfast and dinner but they didn’t, they also said they had a children’s splash pool but it should not be classed as a pool. The staff don’t clean things, they have stray cats around the hotel which u will find everywhere to keep rodents away which is fine but what wasn’t fine is a cat had done its business on a sun-bed and the staff didn’t clean it they just flipped it which is absolutely vile they also left dead flies, live flies and stains on the seats indoor I have honestly never been in such an appalling hotel. Then on Tuesday me and my mum was with some people we had met playing cards and having a laugh trying to make the best of our holiday with zero entertainment from the hotel it was 9:30pm and staff was coming up to us telling us off for being too loud but a table in front of us was being just as loud and not a word was said to them we felt targeted as we were a group of English and the only English people in the hotel I also felt very targeted for rejecting the staff which I shouldn’t have had to do in the first place. But I would never EVER recommend this hotel to anyone it’s absolutely ridiculous. I have genuinely never stayed in a worse hotel in my life the experience for me and my mum was that bad we were nearly crying to go home every night I will never...

I paid around £500-600 to stay in this hotel having looked at the misleading photos before hand. These photos displayed "double rooms with a sea-view" I first arrived at the hotel, greeted by a miserable receptionist who escorted me to my room and informed me if there was any issue to call reception (the phone line was cut and not connected). I quickly noticed many issues with my room, one being the single bed and the second being the lack of sea view. Instead I was given a room which overlooked an empty land of rubble with close proximity to a busy & loud Turkish high street. The room was so poor I had to request a room change on the first night. This hotel only offers all inclusive, promising breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar snacks and all inclusive drinks when infact, the menu was limited and bar snacks are at no point offered. The hotel offers three mains for dinner to chose from, one of which is often a side. For example, rice and bread. The rest of the menu consists of salads and fruit. I found it very difficult to eat daily as I am a vegetarian. This is terribly misleading forcing me to eat elsewhere everyday. The fridge in the room was also not working, meaning any food which I could of eaten from local supermarkets would often spoil due to the heat. This was a common issue for other guests at the hotel having spoken with them also. This also extends to the drinks menu, I often requested cocktails from the bar staff but was told these were not included in the all inclusive but were available for an extra charge per drink. This was also the case for the Wi-fi which is advertised as free, yet when requesting the access code I was told i had to pay extra per day to gain access. Aside from these issues, the cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. On my first night, I noticed stray cats were welcomed in the hotel (being fed by staff whilst guests were eating their dinner) which in turn often led to excrement being left in hallways of the hotel. In the whole of my stay, my hotel room was not cleaned once. This is no surprise given the layer of dust on the furnishings, balcony and floor of the rooms. I even noticed a half smoked cigarette left from the previous guests in the ashtray in my room. I would be warned if you are planning on staying at this hotel, especially if you are elderly as the place is hazardous. Mainly due to the fact the hallway lighting is broken, often flickering making it difficult to navigate to your room. Likewise, in the room I was offered, the shower leaked after use as well as the taps, making the bathroom dangerous. Overall , I have limited my review to a few main issues but the list could go on. If you are planning a quiet retreat to this hotel you may want to rethink booking with Hawaii Suite. It is clear that they work with/employ touts with the intention of taking your money (ie for massages, clothing and trips) who will approach you at any opportunity to do so. This was evident for me on my very first day at breakfast where I was harassed and this continued throughout my stay. Overall, a very...

My Mother is currently staying at Hawaii Suite Hotel in Antalya, and her holiday has been a disaster. She is extremely sick in bed due to the poor hygiene of the food, which included rotten salads and stale fruit. Several other guests have fallen ill, and there is no effort from the hotel to address this.
The hotel falsely advertises free unlimited WiFi on their direct website, but you must pay for it unless you sit in the lobby.
The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful.
The bar which is supposed to stay open until midnight which it is advertised for all inclusive guests closes at 9:59 PM. When my mother asked for a simple drink (spirit with soda), the staff responded rudely and only want to give spirit alone.
There are no snacks outside of 3 set meal times, no glasses or cups in the rooms, and the water dispenser in the Hotel is broken—leaving guests without any water as they will not give bottled water. This is unacceptable for an all-inclusive package, especially when so many guests are sick.
This is far from a relaxing holiday, and the hotel has done nothing to fix the situation or provide any refunds or apologies. My mother’s trip has been ruined, and we will be taking this matter further.
People choose all-inclusive holidays to relax, enjoy some food, and not have to travel far—especially if they struggle to get around for personal reasons. For the options of food and drinks to be so limited, declined clean drinking water and of such poor quality is a disgrace. The standards here are appalling, and the hotel has done nothing to improve the situation. My mother’s trip has been ruined, and we will be taking...
