The atmosphere, interior design, products used are incredibly good and high-quality, and the masks and clothes displayed inside are deeply meaningful and inspiring. Everywhere you look, everything is meaningful and inspiring. This is truly an incredible place. I recommend you come and stay here. It's right on the beach with a castle view. There's beautiful art on display inside that tells the story. However, the service was very poor. I went to the bar to order my own drink. I didn't order water, but there was water on my table. I asked about a motorcycle inside the cafe. It turned out to be the owner's motorcycle. The motorcycle shouldn't be near the tables. It's not a pleasant sight, and it's not right. The motorcycle should be removed or moved somewhere else. The service seemed very lacking. I think the service is tailored to me or the person. The toilet is dirty and has cobwebs. The toilet needs to be changed. I still had a great time I went to the cash register to pay the bill, a gentleman called the lady and I was kept waiting. It will be more correct to pay in Turkish Lira or if you pay with a card in Euros or dollars, you will be charged more points.

An absolutely DISASTROUS experience at the “Soul of Kitchen” restaurant. There is no soul and no kitchen. We have visited this place in a company of 4, and each one of us has been left very disappointed with the service, the food quality and the drinks, we received. Starting with a cocktails, we have all received nearly clear alcohols with just a little bit of taste. Personally, I was very upset by a Whiskey Sour, that had no egg white. After asking to re-make this cocktail, I have again received half lemon juice and half whiskey in a glass. In terms of the food. The Fettuccine were cold, the calamari were raw. The avocado in a salad has started to rot. The sushi were a bit better, but their view was still unsettling. In terms of the service, the waiter who was always trying to “bro” me and declining to call a manager has already been a “nice” top up to the evening. The last nerve cell has left me, when a piece of dry ice from a “towel show” had ended up in my cocktail, which could be very dangerous. I would really advise everyone to avoid this place, that is hiding bad food and service behind a fancy show of dancing girls.

We chose this restaurant as it was awarded for its good quality food. Anyway the price was normal compared to other restaurants and the view was spectecular. However, the service was poor. The waiter who served the food had a poker face and he wouldn’t listen to my order. I said one glass of buttermilk and he brought two. I was also shocked when I had my truffle mushroom risotto. There was no truffle taste at all. When I asked the same waiter if he misunderstood my order, he took my plate and came back with the cook. The cook said it has truffle sauce but we can add more. She was super kind btw. Anyways, when my plate was fixed, I felt intense parmesan cheese taste, nothing else. Unfortunately the risotto was also dry. On the other hand my hubby ordered chicken fajita which was the best we ever tasted in Turkey. The service killed my mood and I will never ever prefer this restaurant again.ahhh by the way the beggars stopped by at our table. I think such restaurants shouldn’t allow any disturbance like that.

Came here for the first time and was amazed by the luxury. Everything from the entrance to the tables is beautiful. It looks like in a gallery. Me and my wife really appreciated the decoration and especially the music (which on our day was Latin American) Nice and comfy seats. Right away there was an attendant, only one without a mask, who kept distance and was super friendly. We ordered a Turkish coffee, tea and a sweet pancake. We got the tea really quickly, so I went to the toilet. It was also super nice, clean, smelled nice and all in the same gallery style. When I got back I still didn't have the coffee. And there was no pancakes either. Note it was only us and a table who has already been served... There was one waiter talking with this table and ignoring the bell... Once, twice, three times... So I got up and went to the kitchen myself. I asked the cook if it's the pancakes and he replied yes. I asked if I should bring it to the tables and he said it would be done by the waiter... He called him, I think Ozman or something similar. The waiter asked me if there was any problem so I was like what do you mean? 🤷🏼‍♂️ He rang three times already! I asked if I can get my coffee and he didn't even know I ordered one... 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ Maybe if he paid more attention to the actual job instead of just talking with one table the whole time, he would know what we ordered and he would hear the bell from the kitchen 3 times.

For some people the most important thing is the food, for some the cleanliness, for me it's the customer service, because I work in a hospitality industry too. I read a couple of negative comments about a servis in this place so I wonder why the same people keep doing the same mistakes. If you don't care about your job,...

Beautiful location, nice looking restaurant, very french chic, good food and presentation. Now for the bad parts: for the prices charged and the pretentious looks, service was at best lousy. Waiters all over the place running like headless chicken and not achieving nothing or doing nothing. The best service was provided by the helpers girls. I came in personally and book the table earlier in the day and when I came in the evening they didn't have the booking, the table I kind of choose earlier was taken. They set up an extra seat as need it but no napkin for it, I had to ask for it 3 times until the meal so I got it. I choose a very good red wine and specifically asked to be decanted, the waiter place de bottle in an ice basket I had to asked twice more for decanter. Food ordered oysters as starter to share and main courses, they started to arrive at the table one dish after another, not even all at once if not making the distinction between courses. Forgetting the fact that I work in the business, this was a trattoria kind of service if not a pub:-). And to top it off, is a rip off for tourists and expats alike. One oyster was charge 285TL, that comes at 22€ / piece. Not even fresh Molden oysters for the later Queen don't cost that much. The rest of the prices where in line with other upmarket restaurants, if anything the wine Ch. Kalpak 2016 was 1-209TL cheaper than usual; when the bill came, the exchange given was around 12TL to 1€, when even the change office gives around 17.9-18TL. you must be bloody jocking. For my Daughters birthday on March 3, 2021 we went to this restaurant & were extremely disappointed. There were 6 of us & we were directed to a table where window maintenance was being done. No social distancing available although half of the dining room was being used to film a commercial & that would’ve helped. We tried to place our orders however they didn’t have 10 different entrees we asked about. Finally ordered & asked why there are no prices listed on the menu, we were told they “fluctuate”. We should have left at this time. After 35 minutes an entree was “served” & then a couple more after 45 minutes. The birthday girl received her “Mac & cheese” after an hour. Since we were waiting so long it was easy to see the tables around us were receiving excellent service and attention with timely delivery of their entrées. My husband noticed that these tables had ordered alcohol and perhaps that is how you get good service in this restaurant. FYI this restaurant allows people to smoke inside, If this is a problem for you, as it was for us, be aware they will not do anything about it. We are residents of Alanya and cannot understand how any restaurant can disrespect their customers in such a blatant manner.
