I had an unpleasant experience at this property. To begin with, the refrigerator in the room was not functioning, and the hotel staff showed no interest in fixing it. Moreover, the staff had no command of the English language, resulting in a lack of care towards their guests. The breakfast was terrible, as it consisted of only one plate of food, which was insufficient and lacked variety. Additionally, there was a water leak on the outside balcony originating from another room. Furthermore, the hotel had promised an early breakfast due to our departure time, but when morning arrived, they had not made any preparations and only offered cheap cookies as compensation. Prior to our stay, they attempted to charge us despite the fact that it was clearly stated we would pay upon arrival at the property. After we made the payment, they failed to inform the booking platform that it had been settled and refused to cancel the reservation. They even attempted to charge us more, claiming they had no documentation as proof of our payment. On a positive note, the beds and the room itself were comfortable and clean.

You get good value for your money. My first time at a two star hotel in Turkey in three months. I booked a room there because I was sick and knew I would spend the next several days in my bed. Talking about beds; The beds were neither too hard nor too soft and I actually slept better than I have in many four and five star hotels. The staff is not rude, and if you go to the reception, there is always someone to help you. All things considered, I actually think it's a good hotel. And those who complain should just earn money for a 5-star hotel. It's mostly locals who live here and that's also the vibe you get. When you come down in the evening, they're sitting outside playing a board game and you really get the authentic Turkish atmosphere. You should be aware that there is no elevator, so if you have difficulty walking, you should not use this hotel. And not if you are overweight, as the entrance to the shower cabin is just over half a meter. The beach is no more than 2 minutes walk, and it is nice.

Esperienza orribile NON VENITE IN QUESTO ALBERGO! Ripeto, NON VENITE IN QUESTO ALBERGO! Ripeto NON VENITE IN QUESTO POSTO!

We had the worst experience ever ! in our second day, we left the key on the room before hitting the beach because in the room it was very hot and the air conditioner was not working well and we wanted the room to be cold and fresh when we come back from the beach. Anyhow when we were back, the guy in the reception came to us in very rude manner , saying that it's forbidden to keep the air conditioner on, and we need to pay 5 euro for electricity cost because we left it on. we were so shocked ! cause it was not only about the money but which kind of hotel charge this kind of things and even if they do they should inform the guest. so i said to the receptionist , that was ridiculous and doesn't make sens. And here , it was the big chock, the owner of the hotel came, the most impolite and rude person i ever seen in my life, he was screaming that we need to pay 5 euro. when i tried to tell him that it's not about the money, it's about the way how they deal with their guest, he didn't want to talk to me and he said you shut up because i was a woman, and he prefer to deal with my friend as he is the guy ! he even stand up from the table, wanting to hit us, he said with these words '' (F* out from my hotel, I don't want you here''. i was literally in chock, we were not planning to stay anyhow in this hotel but not like that. the receptionist said to us , you have 10 min to pick your clothes. after we packed everything and we were leaving this horrible hotel, the owner came to give us our money back ( cause we paid 4days in advance). he said i will gave you only one day and half, cause it's already 4pm, knowing that it was him who asked us to leave. Second, he asked us to sign a paper of booking.com because he has to said to them that we left earlier, in the paper it was mentioned, misbehavior from the guests ! i said to him , sorry ! what misbehavior, he said if you don;t sign it you won't get your money back ! and he added ! what you can do i am turkish , i am the boss ! i am still in shock , i hope people won't book this place again cause really it's the worst place ever! and there is much better in the surrounding with the...

The cleaning was the worst experience I ever had. ||The cleaning lady came every second day, but you coulnd't really tell if she has been there or not. The day we checked in the room was already dirty. |||| The room was always smelling when we came home from being out. ||||The staff was really unfriendly, and we weren't allowed to bring anything to drink or eat in our room unless it was bought from their own shop. I have never experienced something like that, and I have been traveling many years in Turkey at many different cities and many different hotels, Marmaris, Istanbul, Kusadassi, Antalya, and Alanya. ||||The toilet door couldn't close probably. ||When we were taking shower the water ran out of the shower cabin, so the floor got really wet in the bathroom.|| One of the staff gave us some more floor-towels and told us just to use them. One day the water was really much on the floor, so we used a normal towel. The day after, we were told, that we had ruined the towel by using it at the floor and we had to pay 50 lira for a new towel for them. ||||The staircase task was always smelling, like there has been smoking 10.000 cigarettes there, and the floor never has been washed. ||||We were living at the 3th floor and the wifi was really bad and slow.|||| All together a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this hotel. |||| I have read some of the other commentes, that guests have left about this hotel at booking.com. The manager wrote some really nasty things back. ||||I left this review on booking and the manager wrote back: ||||"Hello İda Maria Sonne Hansen from Africa and Vikas Kushwaha from İndia I think you live in Europe but you didn't learn any culture, kindness from Europe You dont have done picture but we have photo of the towels you soiled. Animals would use the room cleaner than you. People like you should not come to Turkey. i hope to see you agein Grettings"||||I'm danish, and yes my boyfriend is from India. I don't understand why is written I'm from Africa? And even if I was then how can that be relevant? ||It seems so...

Have just returned from resitalya hotel in alanya. This was my 5th visit to the area but the worst place i have ever stayed. On arrival we were given a list of prices for air con, safe, wifi, and sunbeds on beach it ammounted to an extra 50 euros per day. The wifi is supposed to be free. Hotel wanted 16 lira per day to use sunbeds but in the beach they only charge 10 lira. The first room we were given was a small box room with 2 single beds which were filthy so asked to move rooms. The second room wasnt much better but was bigger so we accepted it. It was extremly noisy and hot no fridge for water and no kettle. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper to which the younger owner gave us WET towels which we refused. The rooms were not cleaned and sheets not changed again we had to ask for towels. By friday we had had enough and spoke to the rep. He then spoke to the manager who called US liars and said the maid wouldnt clean room as it was us that were dirty and he didnt like us and wanted us out of his hotel !!!! We refused to go as we only had 2 nights left. We paid for b and b but the food was plated up and was warm and not nice there was supposed to be a buffet. We ate out away from hotel everyday. On our last day the older owner ( father ) was very nice and made us coffee as had early flight but his son is extremely rude. Out side the hotel there are russian prostitutes doing drug deals which we witnessed and also believe the hotel rooms are being used by the girls. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone its cheap dirty and staff are...
