I chose this place because i was going to near by hospital and had to extend my visit 4 more nights , although i was tired all days ( going early morning to operation room and coming back late at night ) they made my stay as close as home , i even had breakfast in my room cause i was so tired to get out , i changed my room actually 4 times , and they accept it without complain , Meral Guler , one of the nicest lady on this earth , a true manager and problem solver and a warm heart host , who goes extra mile to make the guests happy , along side her staff , The only problem which i was facing was that the hotel is top of a night restraint and if your sensitive to sound as i am you need to have noise cancelling headphone , and i was there in rainy climate , many taxi drivers cancel the reservation or wont accept the location , i dont know why , the closest metro station is K.Bakkalköy(M8) 20 min walk from hotel. The rooms are not luxurious, but they are clean. The location was close to the clinic where I was a patient, so for me, the location was perfect. The staff was amazing: they helped me every time I needed something, even though they didn't speak English very well. Room service: wonderful! Everything was clean and neatly arranged. Breakfast: simple, not very varied, but served in a friendly atmosphere. The lady who restocked the buffet was always attentive to make sure nothing was missing. Even five minutes before closing, she made sure the platters were full.
