SushiCo — Restaurant in Ataşehir

I had been at numerous SushiCo restaurants but this one, the on in "Paladyum Mall" is by far the worst one I had ever been. The story is below,

So we went to restaurant on a weekday, around 1 pm so it was close to the midday break for many people around. We sat down, looked through the menu and made our final decisions. So I wanted to order a wakame salad but since I don't prefer meat, I asked them to remove the crab meat and requested whether they can put some more wakame or cucumber or not. I know from many other SushiCo restaurants that they can, but according go the waiter, "it was not possible". So I asked them to bring crab meat seperately so that my friend can enjoy at least.

Literally within 2 minutes our orders were ready, my fiend asked for a 16 pieces of sushi set. Wakame was cold, it was obviously not freshly prepared and as you can guess the 16 prices set wasn't fresh either. Friend's crab meat never came.

So we finished our plates and asked for the bill. And I know that there is a discount for some credit cards and mine had the 10% discount. I asked the waiter about the discount (ad of the discount was on the table), confirmed it but didn't apply the discount!

I was so furious and so frustrated because of this experience and get out of that restaurant as soon as possible but will never ever go to another SushiCo...

food was amazing, service was great, employees were friendly, it was worth the price due to the quality of the food. i would say the atmosphere was also great, it was air conditioned and had calming music. overall i would say it was an amazing experience to eat...

Elemanlarınızın davranış şekilleri çok kötü. Bize bir pislikmişiz gibi davrandılar. Gelip siparişimizi almadılar biz çağırdık birkaç kere lakin hiçbiri tarafından doğru düzgün umursanmadık bile. En sonunda biri geldiğinde ( bizim ısrarlarımız sonucu ) yine sormadı siparişiniz nedir diye. Onun yerine yüzümüze alık alık bakmakla yetindi. Yemeği söyledik ,içecekleri de söyleyecektik ki dinlemeden başka masaya gitti ve gelmedi uzun bir süre. Biz yine çağırdık geldiğinde duymamış olabilir diye bir daha söyledik sonra bize e onu söylediniz zaten başka bi şey mi istiyordunuz ? Dedi alay eder gibi. Daha sonra siparişi getirdiler porsiyon çok küçüktü ki biz daha öncede aynı yemekten söylemiştik ve böyle değildi. Sonra yetkili birini çağırdık ve suçu bize attı.

Bu yüzden 1 yıldızı bile haketmiyorlar...
