Ottoman Palace Hotel — Hotel in Babademirtaş Mahallesi

My husband and I spent a couple of days going to the sea and a day returning from vacation.

We were in this hotel for the first time and we were delighted with absolutely everything!

I read some negative comments and I can't believe it because we saw everything with our own eyes.

Hygiene is at an excellent level. The furniture is new and the bed is extremely comfortable. Food, breakfast is so varied that you can't even try everything. Everything is delicious and fresh. We chose to have breakfast in the garden and enjoyed it.

The parking lot is safe and right across the street from the hotel. Everything is within walking distance with an easy walk.

Everyone was extremely kind. We met the girl at the reception, Afra, and she knows English very well. The manager, Hazal is phenomenal and will help you with all the information as well as the wonderful setup of Zuleyh. You will not regret...

We visited Edirne in the summer of 2019. The Ottoman Palace Hotel has very friendly staff. One of them speaks English and you can communicate very well with him. The breakfast served there is a traditional turkish kahvalti breakfast. Everything is fresh and you can dine outside under the almond tree. The rooms are clean and large and well provided. There is a fridge as well as a TV. You can find a kettle, tea and coffee in the rooms. The bathroom is large and clean towels are provided. My only concern was the bed as the covers were not very comfortable, but you have the option of changing them to other covers. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom and the AC was not working in one of the rooms. We were made to feel very welcome by all the family and staff. Location is perfect, 2/3 mins from main pedestrian shopping street and in the middle of several sights of interest. Night time was quiet. Parking was directly opposite hotel, easy access and plenty of space. My shower was broken I couldn't hang it on the wall, I asked for extra pillows and sugar free coffee sachets. My requests were all met by the time we got back from shopping, customer service with a smile was beyond excellent. Hazil was very helpful providing a city map and explaining where we could go as well as advising us and calling her recommended restaurants for us.
