I stayed at Wish More Bayrampaşa for five nights, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel boasts a reputation for cleanliness and attention to detail, which was evident throughout my stay. My room was serviced daily with care, and the amenities were particularly useful; it featured a well-stocked minibar with a selection of beverages, a kettle for making tea or coffee, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries that added to the convenience.||The room’s modern design was both aesthetically pleasing and functional, providing ample space for relaxation after a busy day of exploring the city. Large windows allowed for plenty of natural light, enhancing the overall ambiance.||The location is quite convenient, especially for those wishing to visit Forum Istanbul Mall, which is just a short distance away. The mall offers a wide array of shopping and dining options, catering to diverse tastes. However, it’s important to note that the hotel is not situated directly next to a metro station; therefore, accessing popular tourist areas such as Taksim Square or Sultanahmet may require a taxi or a longer ride via public transport, which can take about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.||Breakfast at the hotel was of good quality, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, and a selection of cold cuts. However, I found the variety to be somewhat limited for a five-star establishment. While there were a few hot dishes available, the selection was not as extensive as I had hoped, particularly regarding international breakfast options like eggs Benedict or more adventurous fare.||The bathroom, while clean and well-kept, was on the smaller side and did not include a bathtub, which could be a downside for guests who enjoy indulging in a long soak after a day of sightseeing and shopping.||The staff members were generally polite and professional, always greeting me with a smile. However, I did experience some delays in response times when requesting additional items, which could be improved.||Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel is relatively quiet in the evenings, giving it a peaceful atmosphere, but I would recommend being cautious when returning late at night due to the lack of nightlife options nearby.||Overall, if you’re searching for a clean, modern hotel with excellent access to shopping and dining, Wish More Bayrampaşa is a solid choice. Just be aware that the breakfast selection might not meet expectations for those used to more varied offerings, and the bathroom space is limited, lacking a bathtub...

Firstly I would like to say that there are definitely some positives about this hotel. I has stopping with a friend whilst she had surgery in Turkey. We were put up in this hotel by the company the surgery was booked through.
The hotel was nice enough (although definitely not the 5 star status that it claims, more a 3 star). the staff seemed friendly and had a laugh with us. Some members of staff had a good/basic level of English. Some didn’t speak a word of it. The rooms were comfortable, the shower was awesome. The room service food was good and quick to arrive.
Up until the second to last day of our stay I would have rated this hotel a 4/5 based on all the above.
The score came crashing down however when all my money was stolen from my purse whilst it was in the locker of the ladies changing room in the spa/swimming pool area. The hotel staff and security guard at first took some interest in helping me and we went to the area and spoke about the situation. However the manager on duty then turned around and blamed myself for the theft. It seems that I thought I had locked the locker but in fact I hadn’t because his staff hadn’t given me the correct key card at the spa reception area. Although I had checked the door and pulled it to make sure it was locked, it wasn’t done as securely as I thought. So even though the correct security key wasn’t provided to me or proper instruction given to us by their reception staff, it was my fault.
Admittedly, when I was told this, I was very upset and I raised my voice and protested the facts. I requested that the police be called and I went off with them to make a statement.
On my return to the hotel, the hotel manager had contacted the hospital co-ordinater who my friend had surgery with and told them that I had made a scene and they threatened to throw me out of the hotel!! So the hotels reaction to me having all my money stolen at their ineptitude, was to then threatened to throw me off their property when I complained to them about it. Incredibly unprofessional and incredibly rude. If I could given them 0/5 I would. 1/5 is even too kind. they left me feeling horrible and in tears, I also then had to spend a final night in the hotel feeling this way. Every time I went through reception after this, the staff made no effort of pointing and laughing at me. So much for...
Read moreMe and my sister stayed in this 5stars hotel from 13/5 till 17/5 ..the reception manager and staff are very helpful and efficient..the restaurant manager Mr.Hayati and all the staff were very hospitable and helpful..but my last day thec17th was horrible..my sister left to Vancover early around 10am..my flight was at 2120 pm.the reception manager kindly gave me late checkout till 1300 pm..so I went shopping around the area..when I came back there was a bad surprise for me..I saw thar the housekeeping woman has opened my suitcase and took all my personal belongings which were on the dresser and the drawers and put them in the suitcase..with a very stupid excuse that she thought I left and forgot my suitcase and carryon and all the personal belongings!!!!! She could have at least called the reception to check the status of this room..but she dared to open the personal bag and put everything in...no permission should be given to the housekeeping staff to touch or open the personal belongings of the guest..I couldn't find my eyebrows as I have a very sensitive eye and need to put eyedrops 3times a day..I shoed the staff at the reception my eyes which were bloody red..and I couldn't find my Panadol pills which I was to take before going to the airport. Also I had some fruits in the fridge I was supposed to eat for lunch as I didn't have the time to go to a restaurant...she took them also..very bad behaviour that shouldn't happen again with any guest...just tell your housekeeping staff they are not allowed to touch the personal stuff of the guest under any means..they have to call the reception and the security manager...apart from that all was very good and I intend to come again and tell my friends also inshaAllah..but I hope I won't see this woman again...thanks for your hospitality.but I advice every guest to close your suitcases very properly with small 🔒 locks..just in case this...
