Mado — Restaurant in Bayrampaşa

TLDR: a bit expensive and the service isn't that great, but the menu is diverse and the quality is fine.

Mado is one of the most popular chain cafes/restaurant in Turkey, and for a good reason too.

The menu is diverse and food is delicious. They serve both Turkish and international cuisine, both sweets and meals depending on the time.

However, the prices are noticably high, especially nowadays, and the service has deteriorated throughout my visits to different branches around the country for the 4 years I've spent in Turkey.

The service and quality of the food will be different from one branch to another, and this branch isn't particularly good when it came to service. Maybe because I am foreigner, but I can't...

Came for a lunch, Elli mantarli fettuccine, Tavuklu Durum and Salad.

Tavuklu durum I asked for it without mushrooms, but brought it with mushrooms. told the crew about it, they took it, opened the sandwich and removed the mushrooms out of it after cutting it in a terrible way. The sandwich has returned as if you ordered lahumacun.

Salad came without pomegranate, I ordered it as the photo is, but when it came he apologized and told me we don’t have pomegranate anymore.
