Ramiz — Restaurant in Bayrampaşa

I do not recommand this place. For having eaten with family last week, know that the staff is unpleasant. You have to order without being able to sit down. The food was lukewarm (much better in the other Ramiz of the city). The note was brought to us twice under the pretext that the cash desk had to be closed. The manager (light blue shirt) was pressing, discourteous and even aggressive when I made him notice.

Paramızla rezil olduk. Grup halinde iftara gittiğimiz fakat hizmetin, saygının 0 olduğu bir mekan. Köfte buz gibi geldi. İki tavuk tabağı tatsız tuzsuz, yağsız, sossuz geldi bir tanesi ise motor yağı kıvamında yanık yağ tadında bir yağ ile geldi. Rezalet. Kasadaki beyefendinin istediğimiz tatlı kalmaması durumunda iftar menüsü fiyattan kesemeyiz deyipte kaldığını iddia ettiği tatlıyı da eksik ve alelade bir şekilde paketleyip eve gelene kadar şerbetinin posetin dibini boyladığı bir tatlı keyfi yaşattı bize (!) Çalışanların eksikleri bilirmesi durumunda da kasadaki beyefendi çalışanlarını azarlıyor ve dolayısıyle ne müşteriye ne çalışanlarına saygıda kusur etmiyor (!) Şikayetlerimizi belirtmemiz durumunda yemeseydiniz o zaman şeklinde naif ve anlayışlı bir cevapla da karşılaşmamız çok ince bir davranıştı...
