Espressolab Forum İstanbul — Restaurant in Bayrampaşa

First we waited for the waiter to finish flirting with a girl. Then we had to explain the orders we wanted because they didn't understand. We waited and they got the orders wrong. I got another person's order even after waiting for my drink which was suppose to be lactose free but it wasn't.

The service is done with a smile on their face but they didn't do a good job. They need training and a lot of it. it's unfortunate for an Espressolab to be like this. Hope they fix it and train...

İstanbulda bir çok Espressolab’a gittim, aralarında gerçekten gittiğimde aldığım hizmet ve güleryüzlülük olarak en iyisiydi, tabii ki Sarıyer Eslab gibi bir deniz manzarasu yok ama ailenizle, arkadaşlarınızla, sevdiğiniz insanlarla gidip hiçbir şeyden rahatsız olmadan oturabileceğiniz bir yer. İçeceklere ve yiyeceklere gelecek olursak sadece Latte ve Americano içen birisi olarak baristaların tavsiyelerini denemek istedim her seferinde farklı önerilerle beni mutlu edebiliyorlar, çalışanlar sadece merhaba hoşgeldiniz kafasında değil 1-2 kere gittiğinizde artık aile gibi hissedebildiğiniz bir ortam. Tek problemi arka taraftan soğuk hava alıyor olmasıydı ama onu da düzelttiler arka tarafı kapattılar ve ısıtıcı eklediler. Kısacası yiyecekler hep taze ve güzel, içeceklere diyecek laf yok baristalar işini biliyor. Puan kırabileceğim hiçbir şey yok...
