Lazzoni Hotel — Hotel in Beyoğlu

Coming to Istanbul for the first time for a nose surgery and picking a hotel was a nightmare , some of the reviews were so scary, u had to find a good hotel in a good area, that’s clean and still safe.. its was very hard to make a choice. We picked Lazzoni hotel for our 13 day stay and honestly I couldn’t complain at all, all the rooms are newly renovated, it’s very clean, the pool is nice the spa service is good but the most important thank you would go to GOKHAN he was exceptionally amazing and helped us with everything, from recommendations on where to go, made sure we got there okay, called the shuttle for us to go downtown ( the hotel offers the services) he even tracked us down to make sure we got on a boat ( we got it as a bonus with our booking) but he didn’t want us to miss it and made sure we got a good time slot to make it there and back in time for dinner. He was just over the top with everything. And then there is Tovek at the front desk that also was extremely helpful, specially with my mom, he helped her plan our days and where to visit extremely friendly and reliable. Háčer is the house keeper and she was amazing, she made sure we had towels I needed coz I was overly bleeding. The way she cleaned was better than anyone else, the room smelt amazing when we came in everytime. Lastly dilek was extremely sweet and always asked about us if we’re okay , if we needed anything how my recovery was. Over all extremely good. I recommend this hotel for the stuff and how they take care of u over all . However if ur looking to be the core of downtown I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as it’s 15 mints away from downtown driving. But there is a really good Resturant upstairs of the hotel and there is a breakfast both upstairs and downstairs both different also there is a Resturant right next to the hotel called stayso and it’s also very good for breakfast and lunch and there is a lounge close by but other than that there isn’t much unless u take an Uber or...

Beautiful Hotel with amazing staff, Polite and well mannered and professional at all times, we had a 6 Night stay with my fiancé included with breakfast, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices each day, overall was a pleasant experience requests were handled immediately, I highly reccomend this hotel for couples, its not a massive hotel it gives you a nice comfort feeling. The hotel design itself has a beautiful atmosphere, I wouldint specifially individualise the employees in a way to say who engaged more or carried out requests id say in general the Lazzoni team are all equally respectful and each of them will handle you with care however, one thing that upset me was the hygeine you could tell not everywhere was cleaned properly to an extent of perfection, i had reminded them a few times each time we left the hotel to sight see or explore to clean the floors because floors were dusty and not up to standards of a 5 star hotel, I could understand this if this was a 4star hotel, however it is not, and i dont think this is acceptable especially if the requested has been mentioned and reminded each time we left the hotel which gave them enough time to deal with this specific request, also the towels always smelt like food even though they were clean maybe it picked up the odor of the food somewhow, In general im Happy with me stay at Lazzoni Hotel and as a guest would like to advise them the little details can make a impactful difference. Also there is a lot of young adults working in the hotel age maybe 18--20 make sure to tip them when you get the chance as it can make their day, very hard working staff in that section.

The moment you enter the hotel door, you leave yourself in the comfort of Lazzoni furniture. All your requests are met with attention and interest and you settle into your room quickly. The rooms are spacious, new and spotlessly clean. A fresh cake and a huge fruit plate were waiting for us in our room. The surprises made us very happy. The pool and spa were spotlessly clean and very well-groomed. It is a great address especially if you want to relieve the tiredness of the day with a massage. As for dinner, we are grateful to the hotel's chef Bayram and his team for the meat they cooked in 12 hours, which provided a magnificent experience. The appetizers we ate with the view of the Golden Horn added color to our evening. Everything was thought of for a comfortable sleep in the room. I had a good sleep thanks to the comfort of the pillows. Thanks to the coffee machine in our room, we made a quick start to the day and after the open buffet breakfast, we went on an unforgettable tour on the Bosphorus with the hotel's boat. I would like to express my endless thanks to dear Mr Aziz, who gave us information about historical places one by one during our trip, and Mrs Şengül, who met all our requests with her smiling face. In addition, the experienced kitchen team of the hotel prepared magnificent delicacies for us on the boat and thus provided us with a wonderful time in the cool waters of the Bosphorus.
