This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My partner and I have never been treated so poorly, and the condition of the hotel was absolutely disgusting.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was awful. The receptionist was incredibly rude, showing visible frustration just because we didn’t speak the local language. Unlike other guests, we weren’t even given our all-inclusive wristbands at check-in — we were told they’d be brought to our room, which never happened.
There was no lift in this so-called 4-star hotel, and the hallways were pitch black at night because the lights didn’t work. It was genuinely dangerous — I actually fell and got carpet burn trying to navigate the stairs in the dark.
Our first room was a disaster. The door looked like it had been kicked in multiple times, there was no air conditioning, no balcony, and the curtains were literally hanging off. We asked to move, and the second room we were offered was practically identical but even smaller. Eventually, after more back and forth, we were given a room with a tiny balcony just big enough for two chairs. The air con barely worked, and the toilet ran all night and barely flushed.
Even after all that, we had to go back down to reception to finally get our wristbands — something that should’ve been sorted from the start.
Now for the food: absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t stomach a single meal during the entire stay. It was worse than prison food — I actually vomited after trying it once. We ended up eating every meal at Bamboo across the street, which I highly recommend for great food, shisha, and a proper vibe. Bamboo was the only highlight of the trip.
The “all-inclusive” here is a joke. The food is inedible, and the drink options are pathetic — watered-down vodka, some fake-tasting whiskey, and awful red wine. No variety, no quality.
Customer service throughout the hotel was horrendous. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive.
DO NOT STAY HERE. If you want to have a good time, enjoy your holiday, and eat actual food — look elsewhere. This place will...

We had the pleasure of spending the second part of our honeymoon at Hotel Bleu Nuit in Turkey, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! After a disappointing stay at our first hotel, where we encountered rudeness and even racism, we were in desperate need of a warm and welcoming environment. From the moment we arrived at Hotel Bleu Nuit, we were greeted with open arms and kindness that made us feel right at home.
The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Housekeeping, waitstaff, and management all displayed exceptional service, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout our entire visit. Their genuine hospitality transformed our honeymoon into a cherished memory!
The food was outstanding. Each meal was a delightful experience that showcased the wonderful flavors of the region. Even though we visited at the start of the season, the hotel was fully prepared, providing us with a vibrant atmosphere that made every moment enjoyable.
Our room was spotless and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were beautiful, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. We spent our days basking in the sun, enjoying the pool, and soaking in the stunning views.
One of the highlights of our stay was that, even with a late evening flight, the wonderful team at Hotel Bleu Nuit allowed us to spend the day enjoying the beautiful weather and fantastic facilities. They truly went the extra mile to make sure we savored every moment of our honeymoon.
We also appreciated the friendly atmosphere among guests. It was lovely to have conversations with fellow travelers, creating a sense of community that made our stay even more special.
In summary, Hotel Bleu Nuit is an absolute must if you’re looking for a fantastic hotel in Turkey. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience to conclude our honeymoon, and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you, Hotel Bleu Nuit, for making our...

Only one or two of the staff were polite and friendly all the rest arrogant looking down there noses at you and the cleaners are a pisstake coming in our room using our perfume and aftershave and routing through our bags it’s disgusting and the last day we got turned away because our bands had broken so couldn’t get drink or food yet the full week we was there there was loads of people who didn’t have bands just walking in taking what they want and sitting by the pool then leaving at the end of the day. All in all we won’t be coming back to Bodrum...
