I am a Japanese tourist, and I was planning to stay in this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days from today - until we were told to get out of this hotel few minutes ago.
I have traveled many countries and been to countless number of hotels inside and outside Japan, however I believe this hotel is the WORST hotel ever I've been to considering the price and service they gave to us.
These are the reason I rated this hotel a "1 star":
We got kicked out of this room as I was below the age of 16. My parents (dad) reserved this hotel via a website called "Zenhotel", and there were no descriptions of age limits written. However, when we arrived to the hotel, the hotel manager told us that we cannot stay here as I was underage (below 16). However, we explained that there were on descriptions online, thus there were no methods of figuring out this. As a result, we were able to get in the hotel and room however got kicked out few minutes ago because the manager changed his mind and declined our reservation and stay in the hotel.
Uncleaned rooms, concerning our safe stay in this hotel. We found a cigarette (tabako) near the bathroom sink which was used and highlighted the fact that this room was uncleaned after the previous visitor and is untrustable. This is our first and worst experience ever in a resort and expensive hotel like this.
Broken showers (I did not experience it however this info is from other comments on Google maps and I have met an old customer claiming this to staff when we checked-in).
Another bed never arriving after waiting for an hour. There were 3 of us and only 1 bed (size for 2 of us). We asked another extra bed which never arrived until they kicked us out of the room.
From these reasons, I never recommend this hotel and rate this hotel a 1. I think the customers who wrote the 5-star comments just had good luck or the staffs in the hotel may have wrote fake 5-star comments to convince customers to use this hotel and appeal that this hotel is worth the price, when it's absolutely not.
If the hotel doesn't reply to this comment or doesn't argue, not you know if this hotel is worth the money and using your precious time in turkey.
I am really disappointed to be treated like this after flying and driving 15 hours to turkey from Japan (transfer in Istanbul) through the distance of over 10,000 km.

Read moreWe had a terrible experience with this hotel.
First, we booked a room online for a queen bed. Once we checked in they placed us into a room with twin beds. When we asked them to switch rooms they said they couldn’t do anything and twin beds are the “standard option for hotels” which isn’t true. Eventually they agreed to change the room the following day but weren’t able to change our room that day.
Something else to note when we went down to complain this first time was that there was another customer down there complaining that his shower door wasn’t working. Keep this in mind.
After we complained about the twin bed situation we accepted defeat for the night and went ahead to enjoy our night. 5 minutes later my boyfriend went to take a shower and the entire shower door SHATTERED when he opened it, cutting him in multiple places. He went to go tell the front desk again, fully dripping blood onto the lobby floor. They switched us to a new room (another with twin beds…) for the night.
The next day they moved us into a new room with a queen bed. This room had the shower door missing. We told them and they explained that it was just the way it was. However that was definitely not the case because there were visible tracks for a sliding door.
All of this in mind it seems like a huge liability with the shower doors. The customer we overheard said his door was broken, and we had issues in two of the rooms & my boyfriend was injured. Extremely irresponsible way to run a business while gaslighting your customers that it isn’t an issue.
We tried multiple times to get some sort of help with this. We requested a refund for all these issues and then when it was rejected some kind of smaller refund for one night. Now they are ghosting us on WhatsApp.
On top of all of this it’s just a bizarre hotel. They were advertising a car by the pool like they do at malls in America. Like there was fully a car by the pool which is not a good vibe when trying to relax. Also no one was ever that helpful to us on the staff through all these issues. They would always say come back and talk to this person etc.

Read moreWe had an overall good stay at Inone, but there were a few issues to begin with, and a few things we would have liked to know about before hand ..|Firstly just a big thank you to the hotel staff, especially the ones in reception, as they were so helpful and adamant to check that we had our issues sorted and that we were happy. ||When we arrived we were given a beautiful room, large and clean, with a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The pool and beach bar were not busy at all, however the beach bar attached was playing very loud music which was heard very clearly in our room. The WiFi in our room also did not work|We spoke with reception who told us they couldn’t do anything about the music, but would fix the WiFi. They also offered us another room, which was very appreciated, but we could still hear the music. The fixed the wifi issue by giving us our own booster wifi box which was so useful. |Thankfully, by the time we came back from dinner (10pm) the music had stopped and the hotel was quiet to sleep in, so that’s not an issue, but everyday around 1-7pm the beach bar plays very loud music so just be aware of that!|The beach is small, with lots of sunbeds, but it was pretty much empty until about 1/2pm, so no sunbed wars in the morning which was amazing. The sea water is so clear and beautiful. |The hotel is one along a strip of hotels on the beach, and is by far the quietest in terms of people so that’s good! |There was complimentary water in the bedroom and a fridge to use, along with a nice free breakfast spread, but we didn’t order anything from the beach club as it was quite expensive, but that was just our choice!|The hotel staff are very helpful and ordered us taxis into Bodrum town everyday which came |within minutes |Over all we had a lovely relaxing stay...
