On arrival they insisted I pay 100% in advance. I had taken a suit which was well past it’s best. The room stank, it was dreadful, it is clearly a smoking room, opening windows did little to alleviate the stench and after 3 days all my clothing now stank. The carpets were stained and looked dreadful, furniture was chipped, marked and stained in place well in need of replacing. There were used nappies outside the room where my patio door went, not mention the fall as there were no safety rails outside. |There is no way that this hotel in 4*. There were about 10 of us in total there and we all go back to Istanbul in May and we have all said never again. The breakfast was dreadful, only options if you wanted a drink was water, coffee or tea. No juice!! The toast machine barely functions, put your bread through 4 times and it’s still not toasted. The food choices left my team perplexed, no effort to cater for international customers. Room service, well you can’t credit it to your room as they have taken your payment at check in, so the steward insists on cash only!! Nice touch that…. Not…|Yes I did ask to be moved, as my room stank so bad, but reception did nothing and promptly forgot my issue, why would they care they already had my money in full. The WiFi was rubbish, it blocked playing games online and other sites such as this one!! Even Apple news struggled. It would not work if my VPN was on.|One day there was a drilling in the room above for hours, nice touch of torture that. Oh and the bath water came out brown…|In summary one to avoid. My group will stay up the road in another hotel...

Our experience at Hotel Bilek in Levent was nothing short of excellent. The hotel is in a prime location – ideal for both business and leisure. With the metro just a few minutes away, getting around Istanbul is incredibly easy. The area also offers great restaurants, shopping, and essentials – including a top-rated dental clinic conveniently located right next to the hotel, which was a surprising and very useful bonus!
We stayed in multiple rooms during our visit, and every single one was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight of our stay, however, was the consistent and outstanding room cleaning service provided by Edi. Every time we left our rooms, Edi was the only staff member we saw on our floor, always working with focus, care, and an incredibly respectful attitude. He’s a young gentleman with a bright, professional presence who made sure our rooms were spotless and welcoming every day. His attention to detail and genuine kindness truly made a difference.
This hotel combines great location, reliable facilities, and exceptional service – and we’ll absolutely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of warmth in the heart...

We told The guy with the scary tattoo at the front desk and the guy named Mesut to change our room due to smelling bad and getting no sun at all and he promised he will do it in 3days but even though I reminded him a couple of times he never did. The lady housekeeper is rude, The bed is not comfortable and separates you from your spouse or child. TV installed on the edge of the room you'll get your neck cracked if you watch it for half an hour...The manager who sits in the room is helpful if you need anything but needs to get out and check the building and give his staff a pre-shift to provide the guest a better experience especially the kitchen that serves the guests with leftover stuff, what they do is just mix the leftovers trying to make new items. I had to tip the guy in a suit a couple of times to make us an omelet due to an expensive, not...
