Royal City Old Town / Mini Suite Hotel — Hotel in Kadıköy

I booked for 5 nights at Mini Suite Otel while traveling alone. ||I was immediately frustrated as there was a very strong smell of chemicals and the room was definitely not "soundproof" as it said.||However, this was okay to deal with.||Unfortunately, due to a freak stroke of bad luck I had my drink spiked by the taxi driver who was transferring me to this hotel. So at 5am I was violently ill and passed out in my room where I split open my chin and mouth. ||I had to go to emergency at the hospital to get stitches and treatment. I also had to cancel my trip due to my condition.||Due to this unforeseen horrible event, I asked for a partial refund for the 4 pre-paid and unused nights at the hotel.||They initially told me they would if possible but had "no power" as booking.com was in control.||Booking.com told me they WOULD give me a refund if the hotel just sent an email agreeing.||The hotel not only changed its story but stopped responding to my requests for help and ignored me.||I've never felt so upset and devastated by the hotel's lack of empathy and customer service.||As a solo female traveler who was severely injured and drugged I would have thought as an act of goodwill they would refund me the FOUR nights I have paid and unused.||AVOID THIS HOTEL...

I was much disappointed,  it is just mockery towards customers, but first I forward my claim to AGOODA, that in spite of all negative comments they continue reklam their hotels to continue cheat the customers, that's for i decided not to use agooda any more. Now regarding the hotel: The room in agooda 25m, but actually it was 4.5* 2.5= 11.25m it is just chicken roof . If you are a little bit fat you will not be able to enter the bathroom, the access less than  30cm. walls condition as in attached pictures you are living together with lift motor, any one going up/down you will pray to reach ASAP to continue sleep. you will hear your neighbour breathing, snooring,  talking,  door opening and closing. door to balcony it's just name, no noise isolation from road cars, no temperature isolation,  it's just sleep on street. ‐ you have to carry your luggage by hand from 2nd floor to next floor, no lift as it is motor level. For more exact information it was room no 602, 3rd floor. I put all review 1 star because of  cheating the customers. NO Agoda NO ROYAL...

Location: The balcony of the accommodation faces the main road, but it is not so noisy that it disturbs your sleep. It is a 10-minute walk to Söğütlüçeşme (B1) station, and there are many buses nearby, so you can go anywhere in the old town or the new town at high speed and comfortably. There are many restaurants within a 10-minute walk that are much cheaper and have good taste compared to tourist areas, so you can be satisfied even if you eat near the accommodation.

Facilities: My smoker friend is very satisfied with this accommodation with a balcony. There is no lime water. You can use hot water in the shower room. There is also a refrigerator and hair dryer. If you have long hair, please note that you may not be satisfied with the performance of the hair dryer. Please note that there is no freezing function and microwave. The bed was used by two adult men and did not feel uncomfortable.

Overall: The best accommodation You never get for 40,000~50,000 ₩ per night other...
