Ada Newday Resort Hotel — Hotel in Kuşadası

Stayed here when it was Ayma. Now hotel is refurbished, new owners and called Ada Newday. Beautiful hotel, staff, location, rooms, breakfast, all fabulous. |Nice welcome from staff on check in. Lovely sea view room, huge, with double bed and large single, nice balcony with 2 chairs and table, fab views, quiet too. Large bathroom with walk in shower, powerful. Large wardrobe with shelves and safe. Tea and coffee facilities. Bedroom could do with more lighting, especially around dressing table/desk/mirror area. 2 lifts. Nice clean communal hallways. Shame other guests slam doors, and not close quietly. Only annoying point! Cleaners were sporadic, had to ask for towels or room hoover/clean or bins empty. Didn't spoil my stay, just had to ask few times.|Breakfast lovely, huge choice of breads, fruit, cheese, salad, Jams, honey, eggs, hot dishes, etc. Definitely not go hungry. I'm a fussy eater and enjoyed the choice. |Pool area lovely. Nevzat, is worth mentiong, he did great service at the pool. Other staff great too including young guy, who spoke good English too, sorry I forgot his name. Food and drink at pool reasonably priced. |Only had dinner one evening, 500tl, lovely buffet, good choice of 3 courses, if wanted. |Enjoyed a massage at hotel spa. £28 approximately for 1 hour. |Hotel provide spa/pool towel each day. Saves taking own towels. |Bar area by pool opened day and evening. No bar inside hotel. |2 minute walk to ladies beach. The hotel is very basic and not sure why it’s says it’s 4 stars. I was given and an adjoining room and at 6am in the morning one of the men in the attached room opened the door and came into my room! There was no lock / bolt on my side of the door to stop this happening. I was then awake fearing what could happen next. Fortunately nothing did happen and he left. Now I’m wide awake and worried for my security and safety. Anyone from next door could just walk in.

The noise from next door was horrible. All the sounds were like the people were in my room. An horrendous experience!

And Now! I have to edit the review! Because even though I had my Do Not Disturb sign on the door at 8:53am the cleaner tried to open the door. Even though it was locked it did open. Fortunately there was a manual chain on the door so they could not get in. I thought the drama was over but no! They go into the room next door and come into my room through the adjoining door!!! They left as soon as they saw me still in bed.

Now up and awake I took a look at the door and it was left unlocked so I went through. There was no sign on the door and no lock other than the small push in button that locks it from 1 side only.

Security and safety is obviously a 0-10 for this hotel.

I've had the pleasure of staying at the ADA Newday Resort in Kusadasi for 11 days this September and I have to say the experience has been amazing, The Hotel facilities are excellent and the staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. A big thank you to both Selen and Denise who have gone out of there way to accommodate my working requirements for fast uninterrupted WiFi, as I've needed to work while here, and also my fussy requirements on Hotel Room view, which is exceptional as you can see from the images. The food is also excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the pool and pool area are spotless and well maintained as is the whole hotel. If coming here, you must try the Turkish bath, sauna and steam rooms, they are excellent as well as the massage treatments, for as little as €30 for a full body massage... I couldn't recommend ADA Newday resort enough, even its location, right beside Ladies Beach which has a beautiful board walk, with excellent restaurants overlooking the beach and sea. Also it is only 5 minutes in a taxi from the Town Centre, €4 in a taxi. Perfect location for the perfect stay in Kusadasi. Will...
