We stayed for 7 nights in this hotel at the end of August 2025. We had a good time but it didn’t feel like a luxury holiday or 5 star hotel.
Guys on reception can talk English and German, I recommend talking with them on English.
For first night we stayed in really bad room that looked at kitchen of other hotel, room had bad smell and AC from kitchen works all night so it was loud, we had trouble sleeping. Guy that showed us way to our room (that felt like a maze) and helped us with luggage didn’t leave room until we gave tip. We asked workers at reception if there is possibility to change room and they told us:”That’s what you paid for. We are full for tonight, try again tomorrow.” Then guy from our travel agency called reception and talked in Turkish language with them and they told we can see another room in the morning. We had really good view of the pool on the other side of hotel and we agreed on changing rooms but we had to pay 50€ on top what we already paid.
Second room was good, clean but we had problem with room key, it was loosing connection every couple of seconds and we could hear a beep every time it lost connection. I’ll leave a video of it so you can take a look. Reception told us that’s because of the room cards and gave us couple of “new” ones but problem wasn’t solved. So in order to sleep during night we had to take cards out of the card holder next to door, so we didn’t have electricity and AC during the night so we would charge our phones during breakfast.
Food in restaurant was okay, nothing special. I had high hopes of Turkish food but I left disappointed. Food variety was good but pretty much everything was undercooked. And sweets - only baklava was good, everything else - you don’t have to try.
Servers in restaurants were mostly good, they talked under lips in native language when people leave some food on the plate.
Avoid photographer Erkan in this hotel. He told us one thing before photoshoot and after photoshoot everything was different. Other photographer knows German just enough to pose you and when you ask him something in German or English - he just looks at you. Photoshoot is “free”, you have to pay 20€ as reservation for photoshoot. You go to the beach with shuttle bus and have to walk back to hotel because last bus is at 18:00. Photos are nothing special, most of us can take better photos with phones. Then after for photos are “edited”, you can select photos you want. But photographer expects you to select almost all of the photos, they had around 100 photos from our photoshoot. He told us they charge 8€ for 1 printed photo and he can send us digital photos via email for free. We selected 8 photos from our photoshoot and he picked one for that was not in focus. He was so angry that we didn’t pick all of the photos, guess he thought he could earn more than 500€ just from our photoshoot. Then he asked us do we want these 9 photos printed or digital. We asked is there a possibility to have them printed and sent via email. He said:”Well, right now you have to pay 72€ for these photos. If you pay 100€, I can print them and also send them to you.” I told him that he said digital photos are “gift” from him, he just looked the other way.
You have to wake up around 6:30 in the morning to throw a towel on lunger in order to have one later, German guests start with reservations at 6 o’clock. Couple of times animation team told on speaker that you can reserve a place just until 10:00, if you don’t come until 10, cleaning staff will remove your towels but that didn’t happen. Some of guests came around 2pm and towels and loungers waited for them.
Bartenders on beach bar and pool bar are amazing, friendly and easy going.
The best thing about this hotel was clean pools and animation team. I have to say Omar was the best and the coolest guy in animation team, announcer was good and one more Turkish guy. Kamil was always uninterested.
I would come back to this hotel only because cleaning ladies are doing amazing job with the rooms, animation team is amazing and pools...
Read moreFirst of all, I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all the waitresses, cooks and cleaning staff of the hotel. You are the most important part of the hotel, and really nice people! Garsonlara, aşçılara ve temizlik personeline çok teşekkürler! Oteldeki en önemli şey onlar! So this was my first all-inclusive trip. We paid for 8 days only 420EUR per person, which I find extremely cheap, almost shameful, so I cant (it would feel wrong) to ask for more that what we got. The transp from airport to hotel lasts about an hour. The bus is dirty and bus drivers never stop their engines while waiting for the bus to get full. Super polluting, I got dizzy, should be illegal. The review of the hotel in bits: The tourists: most of them russians, usually loud, rather rude and cheap looking. Some germans also (my husband warned me, german himself, that those going to Turkey are mostly same as the russians going, low class people, who look cheap). Some turks as well. Communication: Forget about English! Here in Antalya the staff is great at german and russian, but if you try to speak in English you will be disappointed. I think the waiters/waitresses had better english than the people at reception (very surprising, since English IS the lingua franca of travelling). But I understand they have mostly russians/germans tourists so they just adapt to their clientele. The reception was not very helpful, but surely they dont earn much and deal with low class rude people all the time, so I see the lack of motivation. The hotel: super located, 10min walk from the beach. They offer a free bus that comes and goes all day long from hotel to beach til 6pm (very polluting and unnecessary, those fat russians and germans could really use some exercise... but then again, it generates a job for the driver). The decoration overall looks super fancy, like a 5 star hotel in Europe, but when you take a closer look it is rather a 3 star hotel. Cant blame them, at what they charge they have it nice enough! Once thing though IS true... Wifi sucks. Forget about Wifi if you come here. Within the hotel you have a gym (really small, non ventilated), a spa (for massages and such, I had one made by a Bali girl who was super nice and did an awesome job!) and two pools. Also some clothes, bags and accessories stores. They all sell replicas, super ilegal in our countries but in Turkey it seems like its ok. Sadly enough, all stores were most of the times empty (even the bazars outside the hotel). At the beach you have a bar where you can have lunch, and they sell tasty smoothies too. Food: Pretty healthy! Not much variation but many fruits and veggies, which is great! I did eat a lot of desserts as they always had tasty turkish ones. Restaurant was always busy. You cant help yourself (due to covid), so staff and dishes are behind a glass wall, you ask them what you want and they serve you. The "entertainment" at the hotel: I didnt pay attention to that as I do my own thing while on holidays. Covid test: if you wanna leave Turkey you need a negative Covid-test. You can do it at the hotel for only 30EUR, but do it soon enough. You have the results within one day. Cleaning: good enough. I would advice the hotel to ask staff not to waste time doing these cute birds with the towels and instead ask them to clean the calcium oxide in the bathroom and really desinfect. I kept my room tidy during most of our stay so they didnt have to do much with us, but if I could I would have left surfaces much shinnier than they were. I do want to mention the use of plastic. We drink a lot of water, and here in Turkey they have no good tap water like we do back home, so we had to constantly ask for little plastic water bottles. Does Turkey recycles? It made me a bit desperate to be honest... so much plastic. To sum up, very nice holidays for a really low price. It made me a bit sad to see how poor Turkey is but I had a nice time and surely...
Read moreWOW!! Where to start? Choose this hotel!! Everyone spoke English, and everyone was kind and friendly. If you're a Brit in Antalya, this is difficult to come by as guests are mainly German. I find the German tourists warm and friendly too, but I know some British people don't feel the same, and the standard of English is great. ||We had trouble with our reservation and the hotel staff were so kind and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and even though the booking agent was obstinate and difficult the manager and hotel reception were amazing!! I cannot stress this enough. I travelled with my cousin who had a disability and nothing was too much trouble. ||The food here is phenomenal. Way beyond normal All inclusive and if you have a sweet tooth, you will love the selection of REAL cakes and deserts. Such a large selection of food, and lots of fresh fruit which I loved. Cakes, Snacks, ice-creams and Churros in the afternoon. A very reasonably priced cocktail from the vitamin bar 4 euro) made withy fresh fruit and the booze is typical. Very close to 7 event Hall, bars and other entertainment venues. Bill Cosby Bar is worthy a visit (despite the unfortunate name). Next to shops with local shuttle services running frequently up the strip. A short walk to the beach and a taxi journey into the port. 1hr transfer from the Airport and a great and efficient airport on top! ||Entertainment staff are friendly with tours to the discos for more adventures after the hotel entertainment ended. ||Rooms differ - the main building was a little dated, still perfectly nice - and the additional building had larger, nicer rooms. Lots of sunbeams - just get out before 9am, and watch the sun to avoid getting caught in the shade! Be careful not toe get a standard economy room, this was awful but they upgraded us quickly for a small fee. ||The Thai ladies in the spa were FANTASTIC - sometimes the male masseurs can be a little forward, but this service was affordable and top-notch. I had my eyelashes infilled in the hairdressers and they were amazing, better than home! If you want a tattoo - no problem, so many tattoo places. ||Turkey love cats and dogs, expect them everywhere, they are part of the furniture. ||If I had to say anything negative it would be that the air con was poor in the main building, but great in the new. The lifts drive me crazy stopping at every floor, but you could just walk up the stairs! the pools are smaller than some of the pools I've experienced, but they were still very nice. The Turkish music after entertainment is my favourite and the shows were typical of all inclusive. Children were catered for with mini clubs and discos and the slides are particularly good here. This is a good hotel, the foyer is lovely, with lots of little areas to sit, but the staff make it great! ||Next to Well Palace - and in my...
