Oleander – second time and great satisfaction. First time we visited the hotel three years ago and I have to admit that I was a bit worried if the services would remain the same as they were before Covid. And I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised, when I saw that 80% of the staff remained loyal to this hotel.
A beautiful large resort full of flowers, ornamental shrubs and beautiful alleys full of plants, not only outside, but also inside the hotel, which is constantly looked after by several gardeners.
The attendance of the hotel, which is recommended especially for families with children, is filled with 91% German clientele, 7% Czech, and the rest are Poles, Turks and Slovaks.
On arrival we had a small problem regarding the occupancy of the rooms, but everything was communicated to our satisfaction.
Cleanliness not only in the hotel, but also everywhere outside in the resort and around the beach. Daily cleaning as a matter of course. Both room cleaning and supervision of the cleanliness of the pool area, taking care of the cleanliness of the sunbeds and tables around the pool. The same smiling lady with great grace outside by the toilets. The toilet is always perfectly clean.
For this year, a huge tribute to the animation. Entertainment every evening, performances by a magician or various dance groups are a matter of course. The combination of the Czech and German clubs is incredible. We salute Nelka, Ennes (the best water aerobics), Iris and Mustafa. Thank you, you were amazing!
Food - total satisfaction. Huge selection. Despite the 14-day stay, there was nothing to complain about. From breakfast to dinner. Eggs of all kinds, fruits, vegetables, yogurts, lecho, meat of all kinds, fish, the most wonderful rice, baked potatoes, quiches, burgers, sometimes seafood….
Beverages and drinks in the all-inclusive price are only locally produced, as in the other hotels we visited in Turkey. Wine, although bottled, is undrinkable for me... For me and alcoholic drinks only Gin lemon soda and sometimes Bloody Mary from the best bartenders Ramazan and Yusuf.
But so that everything is not completely rosy, I would have one complaint and that is turning off the air conditioning in the evening, perhaps an hour before the closing time of the bar. But in truth, I think it was at the behest of the hotel managers and not the responsibility of the bartenders. Hard to say.
So, in conclusion, please include drinkable Prosecco in the all-inclusive menu and I'll move in with ease.
Thank you for a nice holiday and we hope to see...

Staff is really very nice!!
Food is great (big choice every day, only for lunch it is more like fast food in the Marin restaurant - fried meals, hamburgers etc). Honor to all chefs, they were professionals and very very nice, well done!!!!
Rooms are clean, it was cleaned before our son’s lunch sleep. Cleaners managed it in this way on their own (only for 2 days out of 9 it was not done that way). We were in building FLORA, room type suite and it was newly furnitured, big shower (3 of us in the shower at the same time), enough space for clothes, bedroom really big. In the one we had we were entering the suite directly into living room. We had land view, but still could see a little bit of sea.
Clients and language: There are older clients in this hotel and staff speaks German lang very well. However, basic things they understand in English, so you will get what you need. In regards to older people, if you prefer calm holiday, then its perfect place for you. Clients were really nice.
Sunbeds free of charge, in the end of August we always had a spot in the first 3 rows when coming around 8:15-8:30AM (and yes, most of the first rows were occupied by clients early in the morning).
Water in the hotel: per the information in their booklet, they have advanced filters, so you dont need to be worried about water quality. I DO appreciate that a lot!!
Wi-fi:did not have any issue at all, working very well everywhere, even when lying on sunbed on the beach (close to the sea not working of course, too far). We also had video call on the beach without any issues.
Sea is great for someone who enjoy jumping in the waves. For toddler and little kids not (we have not enjoyed it at all with our 1,5 year son), or for someone who would like to swim not as well. Waves were strong in a way that everyday there were multiple sunglasses and watches on different spots on the beach (even my husband lost watch and sunglasses and not found).
Babies/toddlers: hotel has amenities also for your little one - mini wc, klub for kids, changing table close to the beach and pool and you can get also other amenties for small charge in the hotel. I would only recommend to hotel to change matress in the crib for little but higher and change sheet in the crib for the stretch one.
Overall, we were so satisfied. If you want to spend your holiday in “family atmosphere”, spend time in clean rooms, enjoy good meals, then...
Read moreWe reserved this through Detur and there are several reasons, why this is really not a * or international hotel. ||1. The kids club is not international although both hotel and Detur pages said so. The kids club is only for the German kids and that was said directly to us. We complained about this and were ignored although the advertising is misguiding. ||2. The service in English is mostly poor (well, in restaurant some waiters could talk English) and one (like me) can get much better service if he can manage with German. ||3. The kids club downstairs (for the places we could be because our child does not speak German) had water and dark stuff on the sides of floor, and the smell was like in the wet soil (mold-like). We also experienced eye problems (irritation) and nose issues (running nose) there and left the kids club downstairs. We complained about this and were ignored. ||4. The kids club outside was also in quite poor condition. ||5. There was no swimming pool with 30-140cm depth. For a kid aged 3-6, a pool with less than 140cm depth but more than in the infant pool would be good. Also the swimming pool inside had 140cm depth. It would be good to mention this somewhere. ||6. The water in outside pools was really cold. ||7. The gym and bowling area had quite bad air conditioning. ||8. We could not play with video came because it was for the Kids club, and as said we could not pass... ||9. The public area was amazing. However, the standard room was really standard, maybe *** - **** level. Yet, we had bought a * stay. ||10. Food was generally quite good, but the (soft) drinks were much less than we have had before. E.g. there were only 2 similar juices available and there did not change. There was no alcohol free beer. Soda had quite often very low level of carbon dioxide etc. Ice cream hard to get (if not after lunch/dinner). ||To sum up: Recommended, if one has an affordable offer as a "*" star hotel, can manage with German or do not need / do not want to have service in English, and do not have kids who would prefer a pool with around 70-120cm depth or kids club with service in English...
