Süral Garden Otel — Hotel in Manavgat

When we booked our stay at this hotel, we didn't have high expectations, being a three-star hotel, but we were wrong. Everything was beyond expectations. We booked mainly for the location of the hotel close to the beach and for the sandy beach and gentle entry into the water and we had one of the best experiences, more than enough sun loungers, beach towels changed daily. A big plus was the fact that lunch is served at the restaurant on the beach. The food was more than enough, tasty and varied. We thank the kitchen staff for their patience in preparing so many dishes daily and the waiters for the promptness with which the tables were cleared. The rooms are ok, the furniture is perhaps not very new but maintained, the mattresses are very good, comfortable, we slept very well. The air conditioning worked properly, we had a minibar in the room where you could put cold bottles of water or anything else. We had a kettle available for water, tea, coffee. The rooms are cleaned daily. What could be improved from our point of view would be more comfortable chairs on the balcony and possibly adding a small table and it would be convenient to have sockets next to the bed but especially it would be useful to have a hotel guide in the room: where the beach is, how to get there, where and what times the meals are served, the opening hours of the bars etc., we had to guess that the beach is somewhere across the road and that we have to go through the garden tobreach there,but we first arrived at the snack restaurant and bar of the Sural hotel, the people there were very kind and served us water and donuts and then explained to us where the Sural Garden hotel restaurant is. The Spa services were good but everything is done in a hurry, we booked one of the packages offered which included a hammam with Aloe Vera peeling and an hour of hot stone massage, on the other hand the sauna was not functional, so the first stage of the hammam ritual could not be done, during the hammam I realized that I was not getting the peeling I paid for and when I told them they were very surprised because they did not know that I had paid for it, and the massage was a simple one without hot stones and when I told the receptionist that I did not receive what I paid for he asked us in surprise if we really did not receive a hot stone massage, I understand that they are busy and want as many customers as possible but there is no communication between them or.... anyway I think we were a bit cheated and we will not use the Spa services when we return. All in all we spent a very nice vacation and we will definitely return, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a quiet place to relax. Very good...

Me and my parents spent the last week of September 2024 here. We have been travelling for over 30 years together but it was our best value for money vacation ever. And the price was amazing around 485 € / person / 7 nights including all-inclusive service and transfer!

Pros: LOCATION: perfect, close to the beach (10 minutes walk through a nice park). BEACH: free sunbeds, nice sandy beach. All fine. ACCOMMODATION: different room types, we chose a family room for 3 that was a duplex room with a balcony (view to the sea and city). Everything was nice. ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICE: it was like heaven! So amazing that I can hardly put it into words. All the breakfasts, lunches and dinners offered a huge variety of fresh and mainly local dishes. Everyone could find something for his taste. Almost all the meals were refilled even 10 minutes before the closing so you basically never missed any meal. (You did not have to hurry at all.) There was always a corner where the chefs prepared fresh meals (eggs, fish, meat) right before your eyes so it was 100% fresh. Besides the 3 main dishes there was a late breakfast, afternoon snacks (gözleme) and midnight soups. Local alcoholic (beer, wine, cocktails etc.) and non-alcoholic drinks (water, juices, tea, cofee etc.) were also included in the price. You could access these in 4 places: in the hotel restaurant, in the hotel bar, in the pool bar and in the beach bar (!). (Rare to find a budget-friendly hotel who does this in Side/Alanya.) All the drinks offered were fine in quality but I have to add that the cocktails were not the original ones just a cheaper version of the original. However, for this price it was still perfect! FACILITIES: pool area was clean and well-maintained but the water was cold. The hotel has a restaurant and beach bar, it was beautiful, we could have our lunch with sea/sunset view and the park between the bar and sea was green and clean. There were some welness facilities as well that we did not try. PROGRAM: There was a different evening show every evening, different dancers and musicians played, mostly they were entertaining. CLEANLINESS: perfect. STAFF: helpful, kind and polite.

Cons: WI-FI: was unstable in our room and sometimes slow in the hotel so I do not recommend this place for long business stays. For vacationers it's perfect.

Summary: I am highly convinced that this is one of the best value for money hotels in Turkey (if not the world). At least, we have not found a better one than this in 30+ years from Portugal to...

Отдыхал в Турции в 3-й раз, но только этот отель оставил после себя только хорошие впечатления. Отель поистине хороший. Время в пути трансфером от аэропорта Анталии составляет примерно полтора часа, с одной 15-минутной остановкой. Несмотря на то что приехали утром, раньше времени заселения, в номер заселили сразу. Отдыхали вдвоем, номер был на троих, довольно просторный. В номере имеется всё необходимое - кондиционер, холодильник, тумбочки, шкафы, сейф, также имелся выход на небольшой балкон. Всё в исправном и довольно хорошем состоянии. В номере убирались ежедневно, приносили воду, свежие полотенца. Поменяли постель 1 раз за неделю. Территория перед отелем довольно большая, имеется большой бассейн, детский бассейн, а также бассейн среднего размера, куда впадали водные горки. На территории также присутствует бар, столики, туалеты и душевые. Недалеко от отеля имеется базар, пара экскурсионных бюро с адекватными ценами, аптеки и Migros. Также от отеля ежедневно ходит маршрутка до Сиде. Завтрак и ужин проходили в отеле, имеется крытый ресторан и открытая терасса. Обеды проходили на крытой террасе перед пляжем. От отеля до пляжа ведут тенистые аллеи через огромный парк, с цветами, пальмами и деревьями. Сам пляж тоже очень большой, поделен между 3 отелями принадлежащими Sural. На пляже очень много лежаков, у каждого отеля есть свой бар. Разнообразие блюд и напитков впечатляет, ежедневно нам подавали рыбу, мясо нескольких видов, курицу и индейку. Каждый день бесплатное мороженное, турецкие лепешки и другие снеки. Из алкоголя были вино красное и белое, водка, ром, виски, джин, текила, раки, а также внушительная коктейльная карта. Ежедневно, вечером, у бассейна проводились различные развлекательные мероприятия: дискотеки, караоке, бинго, выступала турецкая певица, было шоу турецких танцоров. Но не бывает бочки мёда без ложки дёгтя. Во-первых, если вы относите себя к молодым людям, любите потанцевать и попеть, в этом отеле Вам будет скучновато. Основной контингент отдыхающих это люди в возрасте 50+ На дискотеках практически никто не танцует, а после 23:00 территория у бассейна приходит в запустение. Второй минус не всегда вежливое обслуживание. К хамоватому и порой безразличному отношению турков к русским я в принципе привык и особо меня это не трогает. Но в этот раз задело то, что у подруги был день рождения, я подошел на ресепшн, чтобы уточнить планируется ли какое то поздравление от отеля. Администратор обратил на меня внимание, но как только я начал объяснять ситуацию, просто проигнорировал меня и ушел заниматься своими делами. Когда я обратился повторно, он просто сказал, что ничем не может мне помочь. Когда я настоял на своем и уточнил о поздравлении повторно, он сказал, что могут подарить бутылку шампанского, но так ничего и не подарили. Я также уточнил могу ли я заказать цветы, но мне сказали чтобы я пришел в другой день. Естественно в другой день мне уже было не нужно. Зато повара и официанты были веселыми и отзывчивыми, а также готовы были помочь в каких либо вопросах. На этом пожалуй всё. Отель достойный, явно выбивается из числа привычных турецких отелей, но если вам хочется побольше движа и новых знакомств, выбирать лучше...
