We were in Sural Otel from 13.08 to 21 .08.2024r. Holiday bought from TUI. Upon arrival, fantastic, professional and very nice service at the reception. Quick completion of formalities. We got room 441 - large, clean, with a view of the pool and a great bathroom. The hotel lacked nothing, except maybe fresh juices. I would have even gladly paid to get them. Unfortunately, there was no such possibility. The restaurant was large, well-kept. The food was very tasty and there was a huge selection of everything. Kudos to the chef and staff. The hotel has great animations for children and adults. The swimming pool was perfect. There are even slides and a paddling pool for children. There was no shortage of sunbeds or tables - there was a service employee who handed out sunbeds. Through a very well-kept and beautiful garden you go to a wide and sandy beach. There are also bars and hotel sunbeds here. All you have to do is relax. Lots of recreational opportunities for children and adults. All this would not be possible if it were not for, in our opinion, the most important people in this hotel: reception staff, waiters, bartenders and pool area employees along with the manager. However, the following deserve special thanks and recognition: Sisi, who conducted gymnastics in the pool very professionally, but with a huge dose of humor. Among the kings and bar staff, our attention was caught by a very young but amazing Ikra. Truly a pearl in this hotel for Muhammed U. His commitment, help, kindness, smileLots of recreational opportunities for children and adults. Among the kings and bar staff, our attention was caught by a very young but amazing Ikra., with this incredible professionalism, made our vacation in this hotel really special. Muhammed can communicate with clients in Turkish, but also in English, German and Russian. And I also in Polish. Eiel and I have become infected with this person. Everyone agrees on this matter: Muhammed is an employee worth his weight in gold. I hope that managers also see how important employees are. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We recommend this hotel...
Read moreWe spent a week in the hotel, first day was awful we had room F3, the room in really bad condition, shower is broken, hair dryer was broken, the shower box roof was unsecured, i went in the evening complaining about that the reception said they don’t have privileges to change our room and i can come next day to ask for change, we did and they relocate us to third floor, thanks to guest relationship. At the end the hotel is definitely not 5 star hotels, the rooms are really in tired state and needs renovation(even the new room), the service is less than 5 stars, they have strict time lines if you come to coffee shop 3 mins earlier and you see the team is ready they say at 10. But it is okay for them to close 3-5 minutes earlier. The food variety is good but if you tasted Turkish food you will know that is not the best food. The outside and the beach area is nice and deserves a good rating. And hotel did give us plate of fruits on my birthday. They give you one time to try the Italian restaurant they have next to beach, it was the worst experience for us, it was not Italian indeed and they forgot to put the birthday candle on the dessert which my wife asked for, and they keep your dinner for almost 2h. The animators team is not the best, and night program is suck and not enough seats u will endup laying on smelly - wet sunbeds. In general hotel is good but not the best and if you are looking for 5 stars rooms and luxury service then it is not your place. Check photos to see the (F3 room) and list of conditions and timeline for the...
Read moreWe stayed at the Sural Hotel for 7 days in September and overall, we were very satisfied. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for good food, a peaceful atmosphere, and a truly beautiful beach – wide, clean, and perfect for relaxing.
If you’re looking for luxury, this is probably not the place – the hotel is more classic than modern. Rooms are of medium standard, a bit dated but clean and functional. It’s also not the best option for families with children, as there aren’t many attractions (only two water slides with limited opening hours, one small pool, and one larger pool).
The food was definitely a highlight – plenty of delicious fish, meats, wonderful desserts, and fresh fruits. Drinks were good as well, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
Evening shows, however, were disappointing – starting quite late and much less entertaining compared to nearby hotels. The atmosphere is rather calm, with many older guests, mostly from Russia.
A special thank you to the animator Ozan – he brought so much positive energy, made us laugh, and really made the entertainment enjoyable. Thanks to him, we had a lot of fun ❤️
To sum up: this hotel is perfect for those who want to relax in a calm environment, enjoy great food, and spend time on a beautiful beach. However, it’s not ideal for families with kids, travelers seeking a luxury experience, or anyone expecting lively evening...
