I just had a 2-weeks vacation in Club Hotel Sera and I am mind blown by the quality of the service, the entertainment, the food, the accommodation and generally by everything. This is my second visit in this hotel and I can say that it is only getting better. As great as everything is, what I am most impressed by is definitely the entertainment team!!! There are number of people, who take care of everybody's mood, they have a unique and personized approach towards every guest. They learn and remember everyone's names and interests, they make personal contact and give the best animation experience I have seen during my trips in many countries and places. There are a lot of games you can play during the day, and the animators approach you with positiveness, good mood, without bothering anyone, and help them have a good time. There are guests speaking various languages, but the animators always find a way to make everyone feel included, to enjoy the activities and to have fun. That is very difficult and I highly appreciate the hard work each and everyone of them puts! In the evenings there is either a theme party or live music. The entertainment team joins and it is always a blast. They lift everyone's mood and makes sure that everyone who is attending these parties is having fun and is enjoying it. I don't know how they manage to do all that! I am super thankful to the wonderful entertainment team for making our 2-weeks vacation the best one we have ever had! Each of them deserves a "Bravo!": Diego - a total star - energetic, easy-going, naturally fun. He makes contact with many people, understands their needs and preferences and helps them be always happy and in good mood. To entertain people is his mission and he is absolutely fabulous. Bob - he is uniquely funny, very humorous, polite and smiling! He uplifts your mood just by seeing him. Always making sure you are happy and he knows how to make you smile. Mert - absolutely amazing! He is always in good mood, always finds the best approach towards everybody and he knows how to make everyone feel happy and have the best time of their lives. Very polite, patient, kind and entertaining. He is a shining star! James - very polite and smiling - giving personalized attention and good treatment to as many guests as possible. Kristina - super kind, sweet and entertaining! She knows how to make contact with different people and she makes everybody enjoy participating in any activity she is leading. Marina - very nice and polite girl. She is has a unique way of approaching people and an excellent sense of humor. It is super fun person to be around. Almina - a super fun person, who is shining with her sense of humor, with her energy and her unique way to make sure every guest is happy, in good mood and is enjoying the activity she is leading. A great animator! Ali and Efe - they arrived as towards the end of our stay, but they are getting things pretty fast and they are also a lot of fun - both are very polite, build a good relationship with the guests and ensure they are happy. There is also a whole other Entertainment Team for Children, but as we weren't travelling with kids, I cannot say much about them. The animators looked very friendly and the kids seemed happy.

I was surprised to see 2 negative comments about the Entertainment team - I know the people who wrote them - they were in the hotel for a few days and they were treating all staff members with disrespect. They demonstrated some self-confidence that they are more than the others and they seemed to enjoy teasing the staff members. Despite that, the hotel employees all acted very professionally, never lost their nerves and made sure all other guests don't feel bad. I advise everyone to ignore those reviews - we all know such haters exist and we don't need to pay attention to such. with my detailed review I am helping potential guests to understand the excellent level of Club Hotel Sera and help them make a choice.

Again, a big THANK YOU for the fabulous experience at Club Hotel Sera!!!...

This is my third time visiting Club Hotel Sera and I am still mind blown from the extraordinary high level they maintain. They even add new features and enrich the experience at the hotel every year, so every time we visit, it is better than the previous one.

The hotel is located on the beach front line and has its beautiful private beach. In addition, it has a number of pools, including a sea water pool, pools for children, slides and a separated part of the sea for little children. The rooms are in Ottoman traditional style and bring the spirit of the Ottoman empire - there are 3 buildings with rooms and each of them has its own different style but still in the same theme.

The food is magnificent! There are a few main restaurants with Turkish cuisine and they offer a super rich variety of food and everything is cooked on the highest level. The mains and the desserts are so delicious, that a person just can't stop eating. In addition to that, the hotel has a few other restaurants - Sushi, Mongolian, Mexican, Olimpos that are Ala carte and are also available. There are a lot of bars and cafes and you can get a treat at every time during the day and night. There is even a night buffet from 0.00 to 6.00am.

The entertainment program is beyond spectacular! The hotel offers super rich and diverse program with many options for every taste - there are a lot of games, live music concerts, theme parties, sports activities, etc. If you want, you can just lay somewhere and relax, but if you want to have fun, there are many opportunities! There is a big team of animators who I dare to say are absolutely top world class! They have a unique approach for every guest and they make sure you feel comfortable and have excellent time! I can only give my respect to each of these amazing people and the work they put in! They truly made our time there magnificent!

There is also a separate team for children - the Caretta team, who have their separate entertainment program with a very special and excellent approach towards all children.

The overall service in the hotel is the absolute best! Every employee is super kind, patient, happy to help. They always smile, they are always ready to assist you and they make sure you are well services and you feel happy and comfortable and that nothing is missing. I have never ever seen a place that has so many employees, which are all smiling, polite, eager to help, etc. I am beyond impressed! Thanks to all of them!

And while every single employee deserves a praise, I cannot mention them all, but I will mention some of them:

Omer from the reception - a great person! He is super polite, always ready to help and go up and beyond just so you are feeling comfortable and you are enjoying your stay! He is dedicated to make the guest feel at home or even better! Omer is a total star!!!

Suat from the Kitchen services - he has a wonderful unique approach towards the guests, he is always smiling, always helping and always ensuring you have everything you need and everything you would want. He really makes every dining experience a holiday! Thank you!

The Entertainment team are all super stars! Such a team of great, fun, polite and smiling people is just pure gold! A huuge shoutout to Bob, Omar, Kristina, Almina, Marina, Berkay and Alisa! Also, to the chief Cem and the director Ramazan!

The bars and the cafes in the hotel are also full of amazing, fun and wonderful people! Special praise to Ismail, Tolga, Furkan and the CIP people - Yusuf and Melike! They are all amazing and they made everything taste better just by their attitude!

The woman on the SPA is also very helpful and deserves special attention - Veronika.

Overall, an ENORMOUS THANK YOU to Club Hotel Sera for the truly outstanding experience for yet another year! We will be back!...

Welcome to my review of Club Hotel Sera or as I'd call it, Lil' Moscow.

2 week stay all inclusive review. Uk couple mid 30's.

GLUTEN FREE - Good luck! Best bring a pack lunch. No real awareness of food allergies or cross contamination although one chef did try his best to point out in the buffet what was ok, coupled with a language barrier it wasn't plain sailing. No effort in the restaurants either to adapt dishes which would have been no extra effort to do, likley down to lack of staff training being the main culprit. Made this point to guest relations services and they were as much use as a chocolate teapot.

On first impressions the hotel did look like a 5* - the lobby really is quite a grand sight to be seen, that along with the size of the resort would be the only noteworthy 5* features.

Our room which was a green club room with fancy decor was a decent size room with mini balcony but in reality was a 3* room, the grout in the shower was all black and there was a big patch of paint hanging off the bedroom ceiling. And weirdly to report you can hear the rooms above toilets flush as the soil pipe must run top to bottom through each set of rooms and it's very noisy. Aircon was good and free mini bar restocked daily (sadly at 9am, if you like a lay in on holidays)

The daily animations (entertainment) teams in fairness worked their socks off with the family activities that were provided.

The evening entertainment was pretty much all the same, a 125BPM DJ set with different themed dancers.

The hotel had 3 outdoor pools all of which were decent sizes with lots of seating, the salt water pool was probably the best but on occasion unbearably loud music was blasted through the speakers throughout the day.

The on site CIP coffee shop & bar was fantastic, large selection of tasty hot and cold drinks and deserts available. Was often very busy due to its popularity.

Dining and drinks options, there was buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner options available sadly the food was 3*, No more. Plenty of choice and it was replenished regularly but the quality of the food in general was very sub par.

There are 4 on site restaurants that you have to make a booking at, what they don't advertise is that you get one visit per restaurant per holiday then you have to pay €20pp. None of the restaurant visits were memorable.

There are various bars around the complex where you'll have to expect a lengthy wait if you are not Russian or if you dont tip every time.

The word queue doesn't really apply at this resort.

Mainly due to the fact 80% of the guests appear to be Russians who do not comprehend the social constructs of queueing or waiting for your turn.

It appeared that Russian tourists got preferential treatment.

I would recommend a trip to old town Antalya there's a bus stop outside the hotel. You can buy an overpriced bus ticket in the little shop on site which is €3 pp return which is cheap vs a taxi. But in reality it only actually costs 23tl each way (£1 return) - you can buy bus cards from the travel exchange shop across the road from the hotel.

On Saturdays there is a large outdoor market which is the biggest in antalya I believe, it's halfway to old Town and that's also accessible by bus and I would recommend a trip there too.

There are stray cats and dogs roaming the hotel complex, more so through the evenings, one of which we seen is a pitbull so keep an eye on your kids if you have some. As lots of unsupervised kids there were following the dogs around and fussing them.

All in all, did i enjoy my trip? Mostly Yes.

Would I...

I’ve been to this hotel twice and there experiences were very different. The first time (Oct 2022), we loved the room and the atmosphere as well as the entertainment (shout out to Murat Alpsu, consider us fans now!). The cocktails were also great and didn’t feel watered down, which I know happens at some all inclusive resorts. We were a little bit disappointed with the buffet food, even though there was a lot of choice. However, the great on-site restaurants more than made up for it. The second time (Oct 2023) was a little different. Our pink and green room was stunning and I loved having a balcony but it did feel very small after a week. This time around, the food was so much better but we were disappointed with the drinks. This time they felt watered down and sone of the milk cocktails had curdled. Things like a margarita didn’t taste as they should and it was very difficult to get drunk (I tried). In the end I switched to beer (Tuborg), which was more enjoyable. Coffee at the Cup Bar was 10/10 both times and the staff in there were great. The iced coffee mocha was a real highlight of the recent trip. One thing to note is that my friend did get food poisoning. This definitely put a damper on the trip and something you have to look out for on any all-inclusive resort, especially where food is served outside. My choice would be to go to restaurants or the indoor buffets as the outdoor ones (the desserts and fruit at least) are covered in wasps and flies. The hotel did a good job accommodating the illness and gave us a room with two beds when I explained what was going on. Thank you to the reception staff for that (even though I had to gently push for it!). In terms of decor, I really love the vibe of this hotel. A lot of reviews say it’s dated but I don’t see that. It’s over the top and quite glam with lots of variety in the aesthetic depending on where you are. You also get gorgeous sunsets and sunrises out to sea. Another aspect I love is the animals. There are friendly cats all over the resort. I sought out the cuddles and this was a real highlight of both trips but, be aware, they do have fleas. There are also dogs on the beach that come into parts of the resort. Again, this is a highlight for me. Most of them will leave you alone but all the ones I met were very friendly if you showed you were also a friend. Early morning walks to make new dog friends were another big perk! (But I’m aware this isn’t for everyone!) There are also tortoises roaming around, which was a delightful discovery the first time. In terms of the people there, it’s mostly Russians and Germans with a handful of Brits. This is nice because it means you can keep to yourself of you want to. All the staff speak decent to great English (as well as German and Russian) so there was never a problem asking for things or ordering food/drinks. Entertainment wise, there’s always something going on with some big shows. A big criticism for this year over lady is that you can only visit each restaurant once during your stay, which wasn’t ideal considering no one had told us this so we missed out on one restaurant because it was closed, and because we were wary of the outdoor dinner buffet. All in all, this is a good place for the price but do your research and perhaps approach with caution as you would other budget Turkish resorts.

We stayed here on a family holiday in August 2018, the rooms were good, cleaned regularly, mini bar refilled everyday, from the outset the staff were friendly, polite and helpful, Hotel Club Sera has a lot to offer, multiple pool, two beach area's, one for children, snacks and drinks throughout the day for all inclusive options, multiple places to eat, options such as Sushi, Mexican, Italian/Greek, Mongolian, multiple bars throughout the hotel complex, the food was ok, I would have preferred some authentic Turkish options however the huge variety on offer was great.
Kids club have a variety of activities to keep the little ones entertained.
Entertainment every night which we enjoyed very much, music, dancing in a couple of locations in the complex.
There was a small shopping area within the complex with fashion, leather goods, a portrait painter, souvenir store, jewellery, professional photo store, options to hire cars, jet ski's, days out etc.
Staff spoke a little English, most spoke Turkish, Russian and some German, we found the staff to be incredibly helpful, to mention a few who made our trip a fantastic holiday for us were Sedat, one of the managers who was absolutely great, funny guy, smiling, friendly and helpful, also Necla, Buse and Oscar who regularly served in the pool area, they were engaging, friendly and made the days by the pool an excellent experience, guest relations area in the lobby was where we found a fluent English speaking lady named Olga who helped us throughout our stay, great service. Also to mention Vika who was always friendly and helpful, giving us a lot of information about the salon and spa area's in the hotel complex.
Inside the Hotel is an adult Gym (free all inclusive), a Salon for hairdressing and a Spa for massage which were paid services. Very clean and professional.
The Hotel was beautiful throughout, the lobby was incredibly beautiful with a deluxe finish, amazing service from the lobby bar with fresh tea, coffee, soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, there is a baggage room where staff will store your luggage if your flight is many hours after check out which helped a great deal, the guest relations area has a lot of information about excursions and trips.
There are many different levels of rooms to choose from, we stayed in the deluxe suite with a tv, mini bar, hairdryer, bath and shower, balcony with a great view, the bed was comfortable clean, the standard of finish in the room was excellent.
Lots of shopping areas nearby, a quick taxi ride to Terra City and Sultans Bazaar were we shopped till we dropped.
An excellent holiday experience, i would go again and recommend it for single's, couples, families. Less English speaking staff that some area's in Turkey, as someone who speaks no Russian or Turkish, i had no issues communicating inside and in the surrounding Antalya area, Sedat (manager) being of particular mention, cracking geordie jokes which had us in stitches, made the whole family feel welcome.
