The reason for me writing this review is to help anyone wanting to book to help them prevent themselves from being disappointed like us. DO NOT go by the photos online as they were most likely take when the hotel opened. At arrival the staff at reception was fantastic but the the disappointment started, got to the lift and it was filthy, the stair were just as dirty. The windows outside the room I doubt have been cleaned in years, then comes the best part the room. Was tidy but very grubby looking and much smaller than on the photo, one corner of the room had damage from day which was awful, no fridge, no lamp, no dim light, the curtains don't closes fully and there are literally other buildings that can see into your room. We didn't receive the standard water, coffee, cups on our table till the next day. Had just got to bed and managed to to my phone on charge and there was a power cut which lasted nearly 4 hours. Pitch black no lift working, phone battery low so how do you use your torch, no air con so how do you sleep in the heat. Went down to reception no apologies it was more the attitude of what am I meant to do. The pool is way way smaller than shown in the photos and not so clean. The upside of the hotel is the breakfast spread is pretty decent and they had a couple of different options per day but the staff are miserable, asking for a fried egg was like asking for them to work, as you can see in the photo behind the cereal bowls the walls are grubby. They had no loo roll in the dining are bathroom and both the ladies were out of use. Then to top it off they had a Dog walking around inside the dining room like he owned the place and the staff were patting it while in service. The location is near a beautiful stretch of beach maby a 8-10 minutes walk where you can eat dinner next to the sea. However its about a 350 lira taxi trip away from the old town kelechi which is were all the fun, shops, markets, marina, restraunts, night life are. The amount we spent on taxis we could have stayed in a nicer hotel. The sea view they say is a joke because all you see is blue sky and some water past the rooftops of other flats. Overall I was ready to leave after day one but as my trip was only for 3 days we stayed out everyday till late and only came to sleep some didn't have to look at the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights. Initially, I was hesitant to book due to some negative reviews, but I’m glad I did as the experience was better than expected. I arrived late, and the check-in process was smooth. Although they didn’t assist with luggage, I wasn’t expecting that level of service from a 3-star hotel. The rooms appeared recently refurbished, but some details felt incomplete, with cables hanging from the lights and cracks in the ceiling. However, my room on the top floor had a lovely sea view, which was a nice perk. The air conditioning was a mixed experience: in one of our rooms, it worked effectively but was quite noisy, while in the other room, it struggled to cool properly. The mini-fridge was also underwhelming—it took a long time to chill items, and the condenser was noisy, particularly at night. The walls are quite thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the pillows were overly soft and uncomfortable. The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, which is a nice touch but a bit limited. Breakfast was good, though options were somewhat limited. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the dining experience pleasant. The hotel has only one small elevator, which can be slow to arrive during peak times. A big thank you to Mert at reception—he was very helpful and welcoming. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay or layover, as it offers decent amenities and friendly service despite some minor issues

Awful and Disgusting! Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The service provided by the staff was incredibly poor and left us feeling threatened and unwelcome. We had originally booked our stay online and successfully paid for our first booking. However, when it came to the second booking, the hotel refused to accept the payment from our UK bank, despite the payment being marked as pending. Instead, they demanded that we pay in cash or by card on the spot. When we explained that we couldn't do that due to the pending status with our bank, the staff member became extremely aggressive and refused to listen. What made the situation even worse was that he threatened us and called the police, insisting that we either pay cash or leave immediately. We were given only 10 minutes to pack our belongings and vacate the premises. It was very suspicious that they insisted on cash payments, making us question their motives and the integrity of their operations. The way they treated us was absolutely disgusting. No guest should ever be treated with such disrespect and hostility. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

The name of this motel should be (Racist Hotel) not (Tourist Hotel) it's a big trap from all aspects, smelly rooms from the sewers and sinks very old furniture and very old Ac..first you shall be welcomed by the worst Guest relationship or receptionist (Samy) with his unsmily wikked poker face who represents all kind of arrogance, carelessness rudeness and for sure racism.. you will be left out with no options but to pay what they want other wise he shall ask you to cancel the reservation and for sure you already paid, when you ask to talk to his Boss he will refer you back to his Boss who call himself (Masimo) the who is more tuff more rude than Samy he will first shout at you telling you that he has no time because he run other 20 Hotels so useless to escalate, under the pressure of you having your family you will pay ..if you got trapped and booked through Agoda for a standard classic room that Agoda advertising it occupy 3 adults and a kid they will force you to upgrade for a Family room and you will be left with no options except paying from 200€ to 350€ based on your patience..if you are any nationality except Turkish or European you will get abused clearly and harassed for any reason they hate and discriminate all kind of Arabs all nationalities specially Saudis all Gulf nationalities no exceptions..in one week 4 incedents where they force the Guest to pay otherwise simply they say cancel or get out of here ..and they don't care if you have kids or you are coming from long distance or any other reason 2 times During my stay guests called the police and the fight were happening for almost 2 hrs, speaking about the rooms very old AC, very Dirty Curtains and barely could cover or close the window, Very Very Stinky smell from the toilets and sewers , you will never be able to get red of the smell because it's from the main sewers you will never be able to breath inside the toilet you have to cover all the holes in shower sink in order to reduce the smell and you will never get red of it very old rugs dusty and stinks, if you will be able to accept all of this and you will not ..let me tell you that with the same amount you will pay in this trap you will get a very decent hotel anywhere in Antalya.. nothing hurt me more than being harassed and abused of only being an Arab it was my first time ever to experience racism face to face .. forgot any basic customer service forget anything related to respect..my only advice if you still want to go through this rubbish experience..plz at least don't accept paying what they requested and call the police as other people did, they will tell you Agoda trap there customers by advertising that the room could occupy 3 adults so family can't stay in a room that Agoda says it's for 3 adults plus a child . I got trapped because I trusted Agoda for the room that can accommodate 2 adults with a kid and for them this is what they are waiting for ..That was one of my worst stays in all my life ..I carry bad memory from Antalya because of this Hotel and bad example for those type of Turkish people who really destroy the whole image of antalyan or Turkish people the and those who manage this trap are the simple example of getting money by bullying and theafry.||بالعربي لو انت اي جنسيه عربيه مصري سعودي اماراتي عراقي فلسطيني اردني أو لبناني اقسم بالله العظيم لن تطيق علي نفسك كميه الكره والعنصريه والسفاله من هذا الفندق الحقير ..لو مصمم او عندك الاستعداد لخوض تجربه عنصريه من هذا النوع من فضللك لا تترك حقك واطلب البوليس في حاله اجبارك علي دفع...

Just recently been at this hotel and here are my thoughts in a quick summary for couples or families intending to stay here... ||||(cons)||-When checking in the receptionist asked us to wait as he was handling another issue, when finished he forgot that we were waiting, therefore, we had to remind him and then get checked in! This is frustrating as you can imagine after a long day travelling! ||-When we got to the room, there was a strong scent of dampness in the room due to all electronics being off including AC ||-Tried to have a shower but only cold water - complained and this was sorted the next day ||-Lift is not functional, very slow and we had to use stairs which were slippery and full of cigarettes ||-The biggest downfall was WIFI - we stayed in room 201 and were told the wifi is working. Despite complaining every day and having staff come and confirm there is no connection in the room, our issue was never resolved. When we spoke to the manager about this, he replied 'why do you need internet, you're on holiday! Disgusting, how are people supposed to connect with family without any internet? Even a low-star hotel promotes the internet as it's a standard need nowadays. ||-When communicating with the staff at the hotel - has been the most frustrating thing - they do not understand your need properly, language is the barrier and they have no customer service skills - no politeness, just snappy behaviour. ||-Towels are always out of stock - so good luck with drying yourself! ||-Shuttle bus going to the beach comes every two hours and the last slot is 6.45, therefore, forget to watch the sunset! ||- please do not book a trip with the hotel - they overcomplicate it and charge extras even if you just want to tag along and not participate! ||-Be prepared that they do not have AC anywhere in the hotel except in the bedrooms. So you will get sweaty by the time you reach the ground floor! Say goodbye to flawless makeup! ||-And no hot drinks are accessible after 10. So good luck having a cuppa after that time! ||-No restaurants nearby therefore all-inclusive is better ||||(pros)||+ food overall was good - dinner especially! Nice selection of choices! ||+Pool area is nice ||+distance to the closest beach is 5 mins but be prepared for odd looks from locals ||||This is just mine and my husband's true and genuine experience. Although the manager did not like us speaking the truth and even attacked us for writing this review. His attitude got worse by the time we were leaving. He did not even say 'sorry' or 'hope you had a good stay'. He just wanted to get rid of us by calling a taxi! Pathetic and will never use this hotel again! They definitely treat their 'tourists'...

The tourist hotel ||We had a nice time at this hotel we stayed on the ninth floor and we had a fabulous view of the city and the sea||Room had a fridge no kettle for tea or coffee… if you wanted a drink you had to go during restaurant hours and help yourself from the machine where they had cappuccinos lattes coffee etc.||But there was several times when we wanted to drink and the restaurant wasn’t open and then we had to pay…||In this day and age why don’t hotels just put a kettle in the room!?||The cleaning girls were lovely and worked very hard to keep our room clean -the shower was fabulous.||The beds were very comfortable.||The pool area is very nice - the kiddie area is just basically a triangle off the pool||Lots of lounges and shade. ||Ziya the food manager was lovely always making sure we had what we wanted the food was delicious - nice selection of salads and hot foods also served. Breakfast was fabulous we also signed up for dinner, some nights it was fabulous others maybe a little more variety would have been nice but overall we were happy with this hotel.||||You can walk to the beach and beach clubs from the hotel there’s also restaurants and shops close to the beach.|| The hotel does provide a beach club shuttle to a beach club about a mile or so away La rena Beach… I went one day - it was fair I think the only problem were the guys who served just couldn’t be bothered to take your order or see if you wanted anything.||when you walk in They ask you what hotel you’re staying at and show you the free loungers there are also beds and other fancy places to pay for & enjoy the beach.||The shuttle makes about four runs a day.||Personally I wouldn’t bother going back there I would just walk down to the beach clubs that are by the hotel.||If you want to go anywhere just jump in a taxi they’re very expensive and on a meter and they can take you to popular areas and even to Center I took a taxi to the town Center and it cost 150 ($8.50) Turkish lira||If you do go to the town center walk all the way to the ocean through the castle grounds - it’s lovely. Then if you’re up for it walk down to the harbor.||||I went in a taxi to the Terra mall and it was about 85 Turkish Lira ($5||Overall I’d definitely stay at this hotel again - I think it does need a maintenance guy as I notice little things needed a fix or was broken - things like the stairways were very dirty and needed a good scrub. They definitely need 2 people at reception as the guy was constantly busy either on the phone, getting drinks for people (the small bar area is there) handing out towels for the pool. Checking people in & out - he seemed rushed...
