Loya Vita Hotel — Hotel in Ortaca

This was our 6th visit to Dalyan staying with Anna and Ahmet, 3 in their old property and 3 in this one (their new property).||I will start with the negatives……………….there are non so that is easy.||The positives….absolutely everything. The apartments are kept so clean and tidy and the finer details make it so much better. Fresh bed linen and clean towels every couple of days, we had ours changed the day before we left which was a lovely touch.||Ahmet oversees the land and is on hand and willing to change or fix anything as and when it arrives. If you can find anything that needs cleaned then you are a better person than me, the standards here are perfection. ||Breakfast is substantial and will keep you going all day. Fresh fruits, cheese plate with tomato and cucumber, fresh bread, jam, honey and hazelnut spread, olives and cheese pastries then come the eggs cooked any way you like and to perfection. Coffee and tea is on tap and fresh.||The rooms are spotlessly clean! Loads of space with a lounge area, bedroom with very comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. There is an ample balcony, 2 in most rooms and a safe.||The pool area is immaculately kept, the pool is spotlessly clean and the grounds are extremely well kept. Ahmet is always cleaning and looking after the grounds and both he and Anna are always on hand to answer questions or help with anything you want to know. It is a truly family run business. The children of the family are often present and add so much to the charm of the property, they are well mannered, entertaining and such good fun to be around.||We always find we holiday with people we have met before which to me speaks volumes, return guests can only mean one thing…||Thank you Anna and Ahmet for another fantastic holiday (and for getting the cider in). 5-Star Review: Unforgettable Stay at Loya vita, Dalyan Turkey

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Loya Vita, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well laid out, blending traditional Turkish elegance with modern luxury.

Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Waking up to a breathtaking sunrise after a very quiet nights sleep really set us up for the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room amenities were top-notch.

The breakfast spread, was fantastic, offering fresh fruits, pastries, yogurt, tea, coffee, toast, eggs, homemade jams, honey and traditional Turkish delicacies.

Location-wise, Loya Vita is perfectly situated, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and local markets. Ahmet and Anna were very helpful in arranging excursions, boat trips and providing recommendations, ensuring we made the most of our trip.

If you’re looking for relaxation with maybe a little bit of adventure thrown in Loya vita has it all. I would highly recommend this family run hotel to anyone visiting Turkey. Five stars all the way!

I have never actually written a review until returning home, however I am so impressed with this place I am currently writing it sat by the pool at present. 4 days into our holiday, and I am absolutely overwhelmed with everything about this place. The owners are so friendly and extremely accommodating, staff are so thorough, the place is immaculate! They cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is so tasty with so much choice. Fresh fruit, (strawberries are divine) eggs, omelette, fresh bread, beautiful ripe tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, I particularly loved their local honey, jam and nut butter spread served each morning, there’s something a little different everyday. Lovely atmosphere, so chilled and quiet yet so close to the restaurants and bars. This place is a hidden gem! A paradise, home from home. The mattresses are luxurious. SO comfortable, no problem drifting off after a sun soaked day. The linen is excellent quality. Pillows comfortable. The Moroccan lights around the outside areas and in rooms are beautiful, really giving it a beautiful vibe. We have travelled to many places in the world, but can honestly say this place holds a special place in our hearts. We love it here. Will definitely be back! Thank you Ahmet and Anna.
