Bulvar Palas Hotel — Hotel in Ortahisar

I thought it might be OK as some said. But it was not.||First, it is too noisy as it is very close to the road, Second, I could not eat a breakfast||for the 3 days as the restaurant was closed every morning.The manager at the hotel was not||actively responsive to the problem. I had a single room for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the two I met spoke english. There was only a shared shower on my floor but it was good and clean. They also helped me organize my further travel plans as I wantes to take the ferry to Russia. Breakfast was served in a cafe outside of the building and delicious. I can fully recommend the place. The hotel does not have an appropriate entrance nor a reception at the building. The staff is not welcoming at all and is not polite either. Nobody in charge is in the building, no house cleaning, no room service, no laundry, no nothing! The kitchen is not well equipped; no spoons, knives, glasses, and other cooking tools.
