Ganita Life Otel — Hotel in Ortahisar

Great hotel! We stayed 2 nights. New owners apparently took it over recently, that's why there's not so many reviews yet online, but we tried it, and loved it! Great location, walking distance (5min) from minibuses to sumela monastery and the city center with restaurants/cafes/bars. Great staff, they were very helpful with everything we asked, very friendly and kind. Very good breakfast, which you take on the roof with a great view. The rooms are also clean and with everything we wanted (private bathroom with hot water, double bed and air conditioning). Only little things were the fact that the walls are thin, and that it smells a little bit of cigarettes on the rooms and the hall. Overall, we loved this hotel and it's a catch...

Best place to stay in Trabzon because of the staff. Specially their receptionist Mr. Hassan is one the best guys I've meet in turkey. He did everything to make us feel comfortable. Arranged taxis at low cost. Even arranged candle light dinner for me and wife with food and cake without even taking one penny. Hasan manager is a very nice guy, he took care of everything and always available when we need ask for anything. He also arrange trabzon tours for us which was cheap compare to the price we got from outside. He took care for us as a family member.

I highly recommend this hotel, I am surely going to suggest this hotel to my family and friend. Hopefully in the future I meet...
