We are currently a guest staying for a night. This is not a 5 star hotel at all. This hotel must have been a five star when it first opened. But whoever is managing this hotel has not maintained or updated the hotel. When you first walk inside the hotel, you are greeted by a beautiful laid out lobby. But as soon as you walk towards your room, you will realized that the lobby was just a facade. The carpets are filthy (please see attached images). They claim that the hotel was renovated between 2020 to 2022. The hallway carpets are stained almost black in color. Rooms: Room was dusty, wallpaper was peeling off. When we called reception and told them that the AC does not work, they sent maintenance to fix it. When the staff opened the vent, dust just enveloped the whole room since they have not clean the ducts at all. They did managed to have the air circulation working, but it was only circulating hot air. They told us that the whole hotel has now switch to winter mode which mean that the air will only blow hot air. This should be mention in their website so guest will know what to expect. When we told them that our room was getting so hot, they advice us just to open the window. Their windows did not have any screen. We were on the ground floor and we were not comfortable leaving our windows open since it was easy access from the outside. My husband actually got sick from this hotel. He was sneezing all night long because of the dust. Sofa cushions were stained. Towels were very flimsy. Pillows had seen their good days, it was so flat.

Food: They claim that their food is a five star quality food. Please read the other reviews that agreed with me. Their food can be compared to a real cheap cafeteria food. This is not the first hotel that I have stayed in Turkey. I understand that they will be serving food from their region. But the food was utterly horrible and disgusting. I barely ate dinner and did not touch my breakfast except for fruits. First our air conditioning does not work , they told us there is no AC in the whole hot

They claim that they vacuum the carpet everyday. The carpet is beyond vacuuming

Staff: They were rude.

This hotel was recommended by my Travel Agent and I am telling them to never ever use this...

We arrived in the evening and rushed to the thermal pools. We forgot to bring flip flops so we used the room slippers which were very slippery - they forgot to put the slippers in the room and we had to get them at the reception. The thermal area is alright with one indoor warm water pool and one red water (clay) pool with both indoor and outdoor spaces. The facilities were definitely not new and showed the effects of multiple years of mineral residue. The pool staff was friendly but English was not what you would expect. The buffet dinner was large but the usual dishes you find in all the other hotels around Turkey. Quality is average to low. Most buffet items were not labeled or labelled incorrectly. Do not trust the allergens! The dining hall is a large open space with old decorations. The rooms were small and the window opened towards a part of the building overlooking the indoor entertainment area. The room had a double bed and a single bed even though we were just 2 people. So a lot of unusable space. Music was playing until at least 22h30, when we fell asleep, which was clearly heard indoors. The reception called us to wake up at 5h25 because our group was leaving at 7am, even though we did not ask for it. In the end it is definitely not a 5 star experience. It is probably the best you can find close to pammukalle but lower your expectations. They did not give us the WiFi password saying it was out of service that day, due to construction work on a nearby road. Searching on the comments we discovered they don't give it to anyone staying in a group tour so they don't have to register...

A very old hotel with unrenovated rooms. My deluxe room is at least 25 years old. Grimy, mould on shower stalls. Flat pillows that have seen many better days. It does give a 2 star feeling even if hotel is 3 stars.

Check in is no better. The front desk guy barely talked about the hotel at check in. He just gave us a piece of paper with hotel information so that he can spend his time trying to sell us a 120 euro tour that can be bought online for less than 90 euro. They are out to milk you dry. Even in the unattractive dining room, there is a guy walking round taking pics of you eating so that they can sell it to you for USD20 tomorrow. Use the old tired hot pool? pay 50 TL for a flimsy shower cap

Food is also extremely crappy — they use the cheapest ingredients possible (all poultry, no other meats like beef and lamb, some spam with mysterious meat, smallest and pock marked plums and grapes I have ever seen etc). And please see the pic below of table cloth leftover from last nights dinner for breakfast

And the tour groups. Look at pics below. See the factory canteen style dining room for a few hundred tour group travelers and see the giant pile of suitcase all trying to check in before you. Terrible experience

Hotel is about 5 km from the travertines/ruins. Need to find your own transportation there. The least they can do is have a shuttle bus.

Without doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Their model is to save save save and nickel dime you while providing the bare minimum possible. Do not spoil your...

Worst hotel ever. Temperature in the 80s but no a/c in the entire hotel. The room under mine was smoking even with the no smoking sign, and the water temperature from the shower never gets fixed. The bathroom looks like it was at least 30 years old. We found a nail next to the bed when we arrived in the room. We called the front desk but they offered a room at the first floor that was warmer than the first one so I couldn't sleep at all even with all the windows and doors open; the heat and the noise from the street were unbearable. Also the so called technician came to my room to check the a/c but he was only turning on and off the breakers, not trying to change the compressor or condenser or checking the refrigerant or the capacitors, nothing, only pushing on and off the breakers. I truly believe they just sent a random guy to see if I stopped complaining cause he didn't even try. In the end, they agreed to keep the fan on, but after 1 hr 45 mins, it was off, and they said it just stopped working when I called the front desk and sent the same guy again.... Pamukkale is a long hike (+7 miles) under the sun, so believe me, you won't want this kind of hotel after it

The hotel was like 5 minutes from Pamukkale. We were informed by our tour guide that this place was a big. The elevators are above the stairs so the luggage boys had to lift all our luggage which was great rather than ourselves. Small walk to get to your room. We were in a room good for 3 people and we each had a separate bed. The bathroom was good and spacious. They had a thermal pool which we tried and it was amazing. A small fee of 5 Lira for a cap is needed(women and men) and would be provided by the person on the desk. It was relaxing and nice. They had a jacuzzi which I thought would be hot but not as hot as the pool, surprisingly. The whole thing was fun, they also have pools outside. We had dinner in the dining room which was huge. Like HUGE. Many tour groups have stayed there and it doesnt feel overwhelming or crowded. Lots of food provided and the staff was very attentive in cleaning up or taking orders. We luckily also enjoyed a small show of belly dancing which was a great sight to see and enjoy the culture.
