Cigarette smell often came through the window. • The steam room was cold 2 of 4 days • The indoor pool is very small. • In the Turkish hammam, the Thai staff kept opening the door all the time — probably to make it cooler for themselves — which made it uncomfortable and not relaxing at all.
UPD1: For this reason, we have a tea stand in the lobby, which is available 24/7 and is complimentary. Next to the tea in the lobby, there was a sign with Russian writing indicating that tea was not free. If it's free, you need to update this sign.
