Radisson Collection Hotel, Vadistanbul — Hotel in Sarıyer

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Radisson Collection Vadistanbul, which claims to be a 5-star hotel. During my stay, my wallet, passport, and money were stolen from the reception area. This incident alone raises significant concerns about the hotel’s security measures and their ability to safeguard guests’ belongings.

To make matters worse, when I approached the person named Ounr at the front desk to inquire about a room to check in again due to the theft, his response was shockingly disrespectful. He suggested that I sleep in the reception area, displaying a complete lack of empathy and professionalism.

It is deeply concerning that a 5-star hotel like Radisson Collection Vadistanbul would exhibit such disregard for guest safety and provide such unhelpful and unprofessional service.

I strongly advise against choosing Radisson Collection Vadistanbul for your stay. My experience with the theft and the disrespectful response from Ounr at the reception shed light on the hotel’s serious security and customer service shortcomings. Trust and hospitality should be paramount in a reputable establishment, and unfortunately, they were sorely lacking...

We had an unforgettable time at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Vadistanbul Istanbul! This hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly and professional staff who did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Breakfast at the hotel is a separate pleasure! A huge selection of dishes for every taste, all fresh and very tasty. We also visited the hotel's restaurant for dinner and were very satisfied with the quality of the food and service.

Special thanks to the wonderful hotel staff: Celal Oguzhan Yayla and Omer. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help in any situation made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. Thank you very much for your exceptional service!

Hotel: Perfect location ever in Istanbul, if your trip 1-3 days you don’t need to rent a car because everything beside you,,, Perfect spacious quite room, view, cleaning, Air condition, car vale, laundry, restaurant.
