||The sign in this hotel's  "reception area" (the size of a large shower cabinet complete with 2 chairs comprising the whole of the public areas) boasts that it is "exceptional". Here's why:||1. I hand towel for 2 people.||2. A kettle with two china mugs but no tea, coffee, milk, sugar or teaspoons.||3. A fridge that can double as extra clothing/shoe storage as it doesn't work.||4. No toiletries other than cotton buds. No toothmugs.||5. Occasional hot water.||6. Occasionally functioning door key.||7. Air conditioning hidden invisibly within the ceiling space by the room door serving to deliver coolish air to the door area alone.||8. A skimpy breakfast offering no choice at all, no cereal, fruit, milk, fruit juice, half a tomato each and instant coffee served with a central dollop of unmixed coffee-mate. It's brought to the table - take it or leave it.||9. No internal signage whatsoever in the dark interior.||10. The hotel is situated in a grubby backstreet which serves as a rat-run for motorbike deliveries until 3am and a deafening nightly rubbish collection at 3.30am.||11. This hotel is highly recommended for visitors to Eskishehir above all for first time visitors.Because the receptionists ||are all professional and helpful. They can guide you to places you are interested in. I was especially impressed by one of the receptionists ||who helped me to buy a train ticket to go back to Istanbul. The on line system didn’t function. Yıllardır ayda en az 2 yada 8 otelde kalırım, Eskişehir'e defalarca geldim ve bu otelde ilk kez Google puanı yüksek diye denemek istedim ve 2 günlük rezervasyon yaptırdım. Girişte resepsiyomin zilini bir kaçkez çalmama karşılık nice sonra bir görevli geldi, kimse göremedim diyince biraz kibarlık yaparmışçasına sizlere hizmet verebilmek için çalışıyordum dedi. Kayıt sonu ödemeyi peşin istedi, ben prensip olarak hiç bir otele bir gün den fazla peşin ödeme yapmadığım için bir günlük ödeme yaptım. Odaya çıktım göz ucu ile baktım sıkıntı yoktu dışarı gidip geldim pikeyi kaldurdığımda yılların tecrübesi ile çarşafın değişmediğini ve üzerinde kıl olduğunu fark ettim, resepsiyonu arayıp yukarı gelmesini istedim, ne vardı diye sordu gelip görün dedim, siz sorunu söyleyin dedi çarşafı söyleyince size çarşaf getireyim dedi. Kapı çaldı açtım görevli bana çarşafı uzattı bende ben mi değiştireceğim sizin işiniz diyince büyük bir tavırla bana neden kızıyorsunuz biz deinsanız falan demeye başladı. Söylenerek çarşafı yaydı bu arada olabilir insanız saç kıl dökülebilir demeye devam etti. Sabah oldu kahvaltıya indim masama resmini paylaştığım tabağı kahvaltı olarak önüme koydular, işaret parmağı kalınlığında beyaz peynir, 2 cm lik eşkenar üçgen kaşar peyniri, 1 dilim salam, 3 ad siyah 2 ad yeşil zeytin, 3-4 domates dilimi ve salatalık az tereyağ,az bal,biraz tahin pekmez ve salçaya benzer birşey. Birde yumurta nasıl olsun dediler sahanda dedim bol yağlı bir yumurta geldi. Ve hiç birini yemeden kalkıp 2 gün kalacağım yerde hemen faturamı alıp çıktım. Buraya 1 günlük konaklamaya 2.000 TL ücret ödedim....
