POZCU HOTEL — Hotel in Yenişehir

I stayed at Pozcu Hotel in Mersin last week, and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. To be honest, it didn't feel like a hotel at all.

No lobby area to relax or wait comfortably.

No restaurant available for guests.

Cleanliness was seriously lacking.

Staff were not dressed in proper uniforms, which felt unprofessional.

Overall, it did not meet even the basic standards of a hotel. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed...

The worst thing is that we forgot a phone charger in the room and contacted the hotel on the same day, begging them to return it. They refused multiple times, claming that they never found our charger. This is impossible, as you cannot miss a brand name, high end charger. If you decide to stay there be very careful with your belongings.

The hotel was ok, the room too. Breakfast was subpar, I expected more for the price - just a COVID style...

Otel personeli A'dan Z'ye müşteri ile ilgili. Tam bir aile oteli. Konumu mükemmel. 2023 Mayıs ayı içinde, iki gece konakladım. Odam ertesi gün temizlendi. Bazı oteller, iki gün konaklarsan, iki gün temizlik için odana uğramıyor, havlunu değişmiyor. Resepsiyonda görevli Fatoş hanım, işini severek yapıyor. Güler yüzlü ve nazik. Otel Müdürü Necmi bey, otelin her şeyi ile ilgili. Müşterilerle keyifli sohbetler gerçekleştirebilen sosyal biri. Otel kahvaltısı streçli tabakta geliyor. Patates kızartması, sigara böreği ve omlet ek olarak veriliyor. Kahvaltı doyurucu. Garsonlar müşteri memnuniyetine önem veriyorlar. Hepsi saygılı arkadaşlar. Otelde aile sıcaklığı var. Pozcu Otel, sahile ve Form Alış Veriş Merkezine çok yakın. Oda mobilya ve aydınlatmaları yeterli, banyo ve tuvalet temiz. Odadaki buzdolabı çalışıyor ve soğutmasıni yapıyor.
