Frontiers Hotel & Conference Entebbe — Hotel in Entebbe City

This hotel is conveniently located near Entebbe Airport, perfect for our overnight stay before an early morning flight. The place is reasonably priced, and the food is decent. We made arrangements for an early breakfast, which was included in the rate, which the staff agreed to and took our order for. However, during checkout, the staff member on duty started running around looking for the chef to prepare our breakfast. This situation was very disconcerting, especially since I had small kids with me. We would have missed our flight if we had waited for breakfast. To date, no one has reached out to explain/apologize for this mishap. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if staying here...

Lost Item after room make up, we went out for a trip and later i was missing my airpods, check my gps to find them back and saw that last location including last time online was sortly we left our hotelroom at this hotel. When we came back from that trip the room was nice cleaned. I discover later that i was missing them. The Hotel invest the issue and so long i have not been refund or having my earpods back, this review stays online to make sure to others your hotelroom is not a safe place :( for personal belonings. Close to the airport, offering a free shuttle. They saved us when we arrived past midnight due to a very long delay and couldn't get to our booked accommodation.

The rooms are perfectly fine. Comfortable bed. Good value for money.

Breakfast is included, always a bonus.
