The best way to book with them is through booking direct using their website but if your trying to connect with them using the email or phone call then u will be disappointed, we emailed them to book for us a flight, they asked us for the details which we responded and they promised to send us the invoice to make payments which they never did, I called them to ask for the invoice and they told me to wait for the email, I waited but nothing was reflecting on my email, then I had to visit there office in Entebbe to make direct payment. On reaching I asked for a lady called Asasira phiona who was responding to my emails and phone calls, she was available and I had to ask her why she refused to send me the invoice instead she replied by denying that I didn't send her any of our information and so they had to give a way our space...I showed them all the emails and communication but Asasira kept on denying that she never received any email from me..We had to look for another company to help us fly to Bwindi..They should work on how they respond to emails and...

Beware for the scam these guys are running if your travelling alone.. they will insist on a min 2 seat policy for flights to operate advising that the extra seat charged will be refunded in the event other passengers are on the flight .. they will then use every lame excuse imaginable to...
