Entebbe Palm Hotel — Hotel in Entebbe City

A hidden gem. I stay here almost everytime I transit through Entebbe. Entebbe Palm Hotel has international standards and is a great place to stay in if you're looking for some privacy or quiet time.

Location- UN staff Entebbe know that there aren't too many places you can go to without running into colleagues. Entebbe Palm Hotel offers that perfect peace where you have all the amenities, including a pool, a restaurant, a Spa, superb clean rooms, aromatic gardens, and great location, without the noise or interruptions. It is also centrally located, walking distance from Entebbe Golf Course, 5 mins car ride to Victoria mall, and 10 mins from airport. Very close to Entebbe Botanical Garden too. They offer a great deal for pick up and drop off from hotel. The hotel has a dedicated driver too.

Rooms- Large, spacious, and clean. You can request for rooms with natural light. Windows have grills and wire meshes for security and to keep out insects while allowing you to enjoy the natural breeze. Beds have mosquito nets. Beds and linen are really like a spa hotel.

Spa- Do not miss a Thai Massage/ Oil Massage at the spa. It is the most reasonably priced massage I have ever gotten, and for the quality of the treatment I think they deserve more credit. Both are trained masseuse from Thailand. Reliably the most authentic Thai spa treatment, and lots of people are regular clients to fix back problems or body aches.

Restaurant- Authentic Thai food with fresh ingredients- galangal, lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves, Thai basil. Leaves you feeling fresh and light even after a heavy meal. They also have a great buffet lunch on Wednesdays. All the fresh herbs are sources locally and organically from the hotel's own garden.

Internet- Might I add that it also has one of the best internet connections in Entebbe (good internet is not easy to come by in Entebbe. Most hotels have blocked streaming services like Netflix and Hulu). Entebbe Palm Hotel has unrestricted and fast internet.

We had a refreshing one-night family reunion/retreat at Entebbe Palm Hotel before our flight out from Entebbe airport the following day. I also treated my parents to an extra night there before they went back to Kampala. ||||We have nothing but praise for the facilities, the bar/restaurant food, and the attentive service we received from both the restaurant staff and the manager on duty. We had a lot of 'custom' requirements to accommodate our large group of guests and they did everything in their power to accommodate them - when there were problems, they were quick to come up with helpful and creative solutions. A special shout-out to Blessing (who served us in the restaurant) and George (the manager on duty) for going the extra mile to make sure our needs were met.||||The rooms were clean, brightly lit, and comfortable with generously sized beds for each of the combinations we asked for (double rooms, twin rooms, etc.). Bathroom facilities were clean and adequate.||||Outside, the property is tucked away quietly and surrounded by palm trees which give it a very relaxed feel. The pool is small but was adequate for our kids to enjoy themselves.||||One of the highlights of our stay was the food - we had dinner one evening, the complimentary breakfast, and lunch the next day. We highly recommend the restaurant's menu which has two parts - one menu is standard dishes like ribs, burgers, salad, etc. and the other menu is Thai food. Our party ordered a wide variety from both menus and everybody loved what they ate. The prices are also very good value for money.||||On the day of our departure, I needed to print out a lot of documentation for the various checks at the airport and the staff kindly let me use the printer which alleviated a lot of stress. They also booked our ride for us to the airport and made it easy for us to check out and head...

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough … it is amazing value for money. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a fabulous experience. They arranged an airport pickup and let us check in at 4am and on our return from safari provided us with a room for the afternoon and evening. There are a range of rooms but ours was lovely and clean with a fridge and kettle. The mosquito nets were immaculate 🤗. The plunge pool was perfect for both a much appreciated dip but also suitable to relax for the day. Breakfast offered an excellent range of options and the restaurant food was exceptional. The massage was amazing and totally professional. They were able to offer a driver who was inexpensive, so honest and knowledgeable taking us to a wonderful local restaurant and accommodating our requirements on many occasions.
