Grik Hotel - Entebbe — Hotel in Entebbe City

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grik Hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Its prime location near Entebbe Airport makes it incredibly convenient for travelers, whether you’re arriving late or catching an early flight. The proximity is a game-changer, yet the hotel maintains a serene and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, making my partner and I feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and kindness truly elevated the experience. And the food? Simply incredible! Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

The hotel was empty, except reception lady the staff wasn't in any sort of uniform, they were all dressed casual in T-Shirts and trousers, the room was full of flies, lift wasn't working, on top of that when we came for breakfast in the morning, staff was shocked to see us when we asked for the breakfast, so we had to leave without breakfast for the airport, the security guard was dancing in the parking, pool was covered with dead flies, literally covered, facility is designed well but the staff and service was absolutely a shock!!! I think we were the only customers in the hotel, unaware of what are we getting...

Grik Hotel is beautiful, well funished even with a view of the Lake on the Top Flow. Personal is quick, need anything just call the Reception.
