Booked the a day package to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday and the staff was amazing with the preparations and roses arrangement it was a pleasant surprise . The pool area was clean and not crowed , 3 course dinner was good Mr. Kizito was an amazing host really enjoyed my stay till the last minutes when I was having breakfast the lady at the reception Dorcus walked up to our table and demanded we have to go and remove our bags from the room in front of other guests that were beside our table Our response was we received a call saying come down for breakfast kitchen closes in 30 minutes and rushed down . We requested we finish breakfast and then pack our belongings and check out . Dorcus’s response was she can go up and pack our belongings and get them out of the room . What seemed to be a memorable experience in a positive way turned negative . We had spoken about extending our stay another night but with what transpired . At time of check in which was about 5:30 pm another guest was checking out with no pressure like what was put on me . I hope the staff get trained better because guests thrive for a good experience which is memorable . Kudos to Mr. Kizito who asked we finish our meals which we failed . Dorcus please don’t attack guests the way you did looks like management has a lot invested in renovations and making the...
Read moreAs we had to stay for a night in Entebbe before heading out on our trip, we arrived at noon where we had the briefing of what was going to be the plan. We had some very well-made cappuccinos and got installed in our rooms which were beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Big beds with great sheets and pillows, perfect temperature of the room, and everything you could need during your stay (great hairdryer). After having a delicious lunch we spent the afternoon chilling at the swimming pool area while a girl came to do the manicure for my friend. We had some drinks, enjoyed the garden, and end up having dinner in the hotel's restaurant. The service was always polite, fast and they were willing to bring any requests. Victoria, the manager, was very friendly and did everything to please all our expectations for us to have an amazing experience. On our last night we stayed here as well, and the next morning I lost my flight. The hotel arranged everything to pick me up from the airport again so I didn't have to wait all day until the evening flight there. They were really warm, tried to help me sort out the tickets and everything I needed to make me feel better about what had happened. It truly made me feel like I was being taken care...
Read more📝 Pretty hotel in Entebbe, perfect to spend your time while you're in town. I'd like to highlight that the staff's politeness was above average and looked more genuine compared to other hotels of similar category in other countries.
🛏️ We had a very big room, which was decorated for us with rose petals due to our honeymoon. In my view the hotel starts getting a little old (clear from some minor details in the room) and a renovation soon wouldn't be the worst idea. Apart from that, nothing was really missing and the comfort level was more than enough.
📍 The hotel is only 10-15 minutes away from the airport, so it's really greatly located.
🍴 We were welcomed with two champagne glasses and complimentary fruits and snacks in our room. Breakfast was served at the table and was good. Also we had a few drinks and a quick lunch directly at the pool, which we enjoyed.
☝🏼 WiFi was strong in all corners of the hotel. The area around the pool is nice with a beautifully grass garden. The spa is...
