This Hotel is Fraud one, poor service, rooms and bedsheets are dirty (have pictures of that), very loud. When I arrived at that hotel, they told me that, they have for 65000, 80000 and 95000, then I wanted the one for 65000, the room was very dirty from the wall to the bedsheets. Then I told them to give me for 95000 and I went to the room with one of their staff and we checked the room together and found out that also the bedsheets are dirty with lot of stains, their colleague called the reception and asked fir the bedsheets to be changed. We went back together to reception. They kept me waiting for 4hours for the bedsheets to be changed until when I told them to give me back my money and look for another hotel . The worst thing is was at the checkout day at next day, they did hold me for almost 2 hours against my will just because I used the towel to clean my body and had a little bit dirty on it. They asked to pay Ugandan shillings 60,000/= for the towel which is a fraud because I asked them where is written that when a guest use the towel have to pay 60,000 but they couldn't prove it, they kept me holding, I couldn't go out for 2 hours and I had a flight to catch . My pick up taxi driver decided to go to police station nearby and explained the incident and finally he came with 2 police officers, one police officer asked the manager just one question that, " if I come here with my wife and make love and use the towel to clean ourselves we will have to pay 60,000/= shillings? And she said yes, the police officers asked "where that rule is written?" The manager couldn't prove anything, then the officers ordered me to take my bags and the manager to come to the police station but the manager or other staff from the hotel didn't come , so the police officers and supervisor at the station they did let me go and make sure that I don't get any trouble on my way to the airport. Big thanks to the police officers of Uganda.

Read moreWe have stayed here many times over the past few years. It’s our choice hotel in downtown Kampala. Yeah the traffic is terrible, but this hotel drives us to stay downtown because the prices is right and accommodations are enough. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. Good linens. 32” screen with a decent selection of programming. A/C works good is about 1/2 of the rooms, the others is needs some serious help. Prices are fair. Breakfast is a bit light and limiting. It’s a staff served buffet with no seconds and you might get a frown if you ask for more than 1 scoop of something. But overall we enjoy the place. Parking is in the rear (looks very sketchy but it’s safe) and guarded 24/7, never had an issue and always tip the parking guys well to insure...
Read moreMy wife and a friend of ours stayed here just for one night. It was totally different from what we normally stay in. I loved it! I thought the service was totally fine. I wouldn't say that everyone was excited to help, but everyone was absolutely willing to help. I felt very comfortable with all the service. The breakfast buffet was really good. You will not leave hungry. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner was a little weak, but cooled the room enough that I slept fine. I loved hearing the city come alive in the morning, and watching it close down in the night. The parking attendant was a real nice guy. I can;t believe how they can pack the cars in such a small area. I would...
