Nice, comfortable and practical hotel, near to the airport. |When I arrived I was surprised with a room upgrade because I'm a recurrent guest. It is the first time it happens to me in Uganda.|The staff is very kind and helpful.||One little thing to improve is the managing of the breakfast space, some basic items missing (glasses, cups) but the staff was not aware or reactive.||Many thanks for this gesture...

Clean, good size rooms, but that's all! At breakfast they ran out of bread, juice, fruit and a jar of nescafe coffee! We asked if there was more coffee (2 days in a row) and they we not very forthcoming. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights, on check in we were told 1 room the toilet didn't work, this wasnt fixed in the 2 days we stayed. Will...
