Furaha Restaurant and Lounge — Restaurant in Kampala

So.... I have been here three times and I keep having a few managerial challenges.

First and foremost, Sauda is extremely helpful. I raised my issue which she understood and addressed. I asked a for a COCONUT Milk Shake, take away which costs 15,500/-.

I would imagine that if it is served in a 500mls glass, the least is that it should be full but then it is 300mls instead. I raised it and Sauda addressed it but to my shock, the Barrister whom you actually can observe while he works, started quarreling like it was my fault.

I think Management needs to take time to train the employees here because a quarrelsome barrister looks really bad on the business. Or they should have 300mls glasses so that I know the actual value of a milkshake. ps: there was no difference when it was returned.

The other time, it was a WiFi issue which I could think was a network interference but it completely failed to work ... Otherwise, great food, great ambiance, Furaha just needs employees with a better attitude.

For those who want to check out this place, Good Luck coz I don't think I will be back here...

This restaurant is in range with my neighbourhood but I take long to visit it physically since I order and get successful deliveries whenever needed.

I visited this place today and I couldn't leave without updating my review after a great experience. For having great customer care services, clean environment and tasty meals! 😋

I can't forget to write for my community and upcoming visitors about it's ♿ wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. The wheelchair can also drive over the ramp to the dining area!

The food took to long to get to the table, first orde of drinks( juices) wasn't available, we had to opt for other drinks, the food was basically cold when served, and the waiter had communication issues, really shy and took to long to return each time he had to go for stuff,

The menu. Said Goat nyama chome... What came was a stir fry with big chunks if veggies, i didn't understand the banana on my plate... I think the food is expensive considering the standard.
