BLUE STAR EXPRESS HOTEL — Hotel in Wakiso

I personally i cant not give any positive review about this hotel cause when it comes to rooms the receptionists are way too young to know their jobs …i booked with them very early told them will be at the hotel at 3am from entebbe i reached there but before had communicated the girl told me she gave out the room with no apology but with confidence theres no hospitality at all and this goes to mr Bwiza the owner who doesnt really mind about workers even if u give a report that a hotel it has to be having standards …am so disappointed and at the moment am sitted at the reception like a fool yet i travelled a long journey…this is sooooo unfair...

Very poor customer service don't dare to go here, they harassed me, everything about this place is boring, DON'T dare...
