They are hospitable, they have an amazing dish, the place is fancy , thou it has a very limited parking, I have a CONCERN thou we came in with freinds to have a dish worth 220k, it was our first time coming because we were recommend by some blogger called Hash poppy.. look we went to KFC first, everything was cool we bought drinks outside because they said we are free to do so if we feel in_house drinks are expensive. We had fan and we left that place with our sodas ofcos we couldn't discard them off its haram, we came in to RAHIM FOODS with our drinks , the waiter told us its not allowed , yes it wasnt i told him can i talk to your manager, he took me to Mr Nelson I talked to the guy , the guy said its not allowed , to his concerns about food safety and public health anyways, I understand. but being honest it doesn't make sense for someone to buy more drinks yet they had some remaining drinks they had used somewhere else , in this economy it wasn't Fair and not economical.if drinks were new it would have been a different case but drinks where all half way showing that we opened them already . A little ADVISE , if someone come in with a drink and as per your guidelines or protocols you don't allow drinks from outside either provide them with a document for them to sign in that Incase of anything like food poisoning or food safety related issues RAHIM FOODS is safe from that and he is not caught countable or if that's not possible then have BIGGER DRINKS FOR FAMILY DINNING I mean we could not stand it to buy small small bottles for almost 11 people, at least you would have had an option of BIG COCA COLA BOTTLES OR BIG WATER BOTTLES, so atlest we could buy like 3 or 4 so it accomodates all of my people i came with their even if you tell someone you don't allow outside drink but you have an option of having bigger drinks that can cover a big number of people then that would be fine, I would mind much the price of the bigger bottles. I had the worst experience ordering from them today. It all started when I saw amazing advisement on Facebook and it really looked so appetizing so I decided to order on phone and I didn’t know their menu very well but I knew what I wanted. So I called and a lady picked up, she was very rude to me because I couldn’t speak Luganda with her but I was still determined to order and try their food out so I described to her that I saw a plate of food which consisted of rice, cravy, fried chicken, chapati, salad, chips and it was on white big plate and immediately she replied to me that it’s 50k so I ordered plus delivery was 65k so I paid and on delivery they only gave me 7pieces of chicken with nothing else. Place is fairly good but the take mire orders than they can manage. At tge end of it yiu may think they are not orderly in serving their customers.

One has to exercise a very high level of patience especially on busy days like Eid.
