I STAYED IN THIS PLACE , WAS WORST PLACE IN MY LIFE ; FIRST THE GUY WHO DEALED US AS APARTMENT MANAGER/rep WAS RUDE AND UNPOLITE - we are told HIS NAME IS ASHRAF , THE OTHER PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY .THANKS TO AMBROISE AND BEATRICE .
THE PLACE WAS FAR AWAY CITY CENTER ,if you want closer to Kampla city center with a lot of traffic .
There were issues we have forwarded to the agent and informed Ashraf .
1- Wifi does not work properly so i could not work properly however we are informed there is proper internet , it was coming and then gone . 2-The toilet were smelling we are told that somebody from us did pee , that is why is reason . 3- Shower water was very week -The water flows very little 4- The lighting is poor, 5- Since the television is connected to the Internet, the television does not work properly because of the Internet problem.
Ashraf accepted only the internet issue and not other issues , we left this place 3 days before our check out however fully paid already , we wanted a refund we are told it was not their problem and told us we need to go to agent ( we did also reported ) . There were some additional persons stayed in apartment some of our relatives - we are told we need to pay their staying , so we paid these additional people staying 35 USD per person per night total of 280 USD.
If we are also informed with a rude way if fail to come to an understanding, they shall involve authorities in this matter however we did not say we will not pay these persons staying fee , so WHY SUCH BAD BEHAIVOUR ????Was weird and very unprofessional way of this man Asraf . Overall was a very bad experience , as frequent traveller of over 30 years i never had such bad memories so i do not recommend this place to stay .

The apartment is one of a kind in all aspect. Extremely clean well designed and equipped. Very quiet and safe. My family and I had a wonderful time at Eric Wilkins apartment. Ashiraf is an excellent host who always willing to assist whatever the guest asks. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Thank you Ashiraf for making our vacation great. The apartment was not ready when we got there but thanks to David and Beatrice who helped us the following two days with the cleaning and equipping the apartment with everything that we needed like plates, cups etc…. Ashraf was also very responsive when he was called to fix whatever was not right during our stay.
